Probably my favorite restaurant in Detroit right now. This place has fantastic food, great cocktails, and doesn't approach the high budget of many other places cropping up in Detroit. Down to earth yet incredibly well crafted stuff.

One of the oldest, still-standing farmer's markets in the country, Eastern Market is an awesome place to spend a Saturday morning. Go early and get breakfast at Russel Street Deli before you spend a couple hours wandering the many sheds and stalls of the market. Everything from vegetables to potted plants can be found here, with lots of local, artisan type products to buy and try. Soap, honey, hot sauce, spices, popcorn, food trucks - you can find it all every Saturday at Detroit's Eastern Market.
