We know its a chain, but we don't care! Mellow Mushroom at Jax Beach has great food, good drink specials, and is great for both a family dinner or drinks before going out for the nightlife in Jax Beach. If you're going with kids, we recommend going for an early dinner - Mellow gets pretty crowded after 7 pm. They also do a great Sunday brunch with bottomless Mimosas - who doesn't love that!

Salt Life is a must-do at the beach. Fresh, delicious seafood, great drinks, and a fun patio to eat on. Great for families. Go early, as its a very popular weekend destination!

If you want simple, good food for breakfast, go to Ellen's! It's no frills, but the coffee is hot, the staff is friendly, and best of all, breakfast plates are half off if you get there before 9am. The earlier you go the better - it gets crowded later in the morning.
