The map isn't accurate. It's located near "Zephyr" in La Marsa. This is a mid to high-end restaurant in Tunisia, but one of the best values. Great ambiance and service. A great place to go with friends, or to discuss business over dinner.

Essentials
There is a Carrefour in the mall which as all essential items for normal prices. The food court on the top floor also has some of the best fastfood in Tunisia, including a Lebanese place, and Tunisian place, and French Bakery, all of which are great, despite being in a mall. In the US for example you'd rarely find a good place in a food court, but in Tunisia, the social and business climate is such that your intuitions don't always work.

If you have time, this is a must visit in Tunisia. I've never had a visitor disappointed about taking the time to visit, and often it's the highlight of a trip to Tunisia.
