This is just a couple walkable blocks from the house, some of the best bagels I've ever had. There are a few tables to sit, mainly deli-style, if you're looking for a great breakfast to-go they have lots and lots of options (lox, pastrami, etc).

Wonderful place to eat on the deck and enjoy the waterfront. Food is average, to be honest, but sometimes that is perfectly fine, and that neighborhood is fun.

Seriously I'm here all the time. Noisy indoors but fun, nice patio dining outside. Good food, southwestern/mexican stuff but a bit upscale. And uptown, which is a nice walking neighborhood.
