Many independent clothes shops and interesting unique shops. A must visit women's wear shop is Ladies Realm which has been in business since the 60's. Also many cafes and restaurants. The Reef is particularly good, situated overlooking Sandown Bay

So worth a visit to The Needles at Totland Bay. There is a chair lift down to the beach where you will have a good view of The Needles. Walk along the beach and admire the cliff of coloured sand! Go back up on the chairlift or take the steps (over 100 steps). Food, Ice Creams and various forms of entertainment (details on request).
