Self drive, hire an open air cart, ride your bike ( or hire ) or walk (its ~ 5km around)
Lot's of keeper talks and special lion enclosure tours, so perhaps check times of these before you arrive. After hour behind the scenes tours available also.
If it's really hot the animals can be a little sleepy, so early morning probably best.
