Logan Pass
At the top of Going to the Sun Road.
Get an early start if this is a day trip, as Many Glacier is a distance. But so worth it!! Gorgeous old hotel sits on Swiftcurrent Lake. Many wonderful hikes of all skill levels leave from the parking lot, and you’re almost guaranteed to see a grizzly bear. Bear enthusiasts set up telescopes by the side of the road for anyone who wants to scour the hillside for a sighting.

If you make the journey to Many Glacier, consider this challenging hike where you can jump in an ice cold lake at the end. Makes for a cooler trek back to the trailhead. Eyes out for bears, especially if huckleberries are in season.
