This a wonderful neighborhood. Quiet & quaint. The house is 2 blocks from the beach. Permit parking only for beach parking lot. I recommend walking. You can drive up and drop off umbrellas, bags, coolers & friends and go back and park at the house.
The town of Greenport is a 5 minute car ride. Tons of shopping & restaurants. Parking can become a little hard on the weekend, so make sure to give yourself extra time. Tons of wineries all over Sound Avenue.
