Haymarket station is a 10 minute walk from our flat. If you want to go to Glasgow, Queen Street train is best, and leaves every fifteen minutes on weekdays and takes 45 minutes arriving in the centre.

Every sunday this market has fresh food, hot food, coffee, sweets and local crafts. We to pretty often for our weekly shop and snacks. About a 20 minute walk from the flat along beautiful paths.

Stunning building and great museum. You can rush through it in an hour but ideally you would spend about three hours there. Situated in the old town its wonderful to walk around the area too.
