Our favourite activities
Great for a rainy day to let off some steam. Under 11’s sessions are great if you have little people with you, only £6 for 3 hours which includes an adult per child too (you can have a skate too!). Bikes welcome as well as skateboards

National trust house and gardens, free if NT members. We like to park there then walk down to the chain ferry to “have a ride” as foot passengers for a small charity donation. There are 2 wonderful free woodland walks leading to the ferry from the National Trust car park with incredible views of the estuary and down to Falmouth.

Places to visit

Our favourite places to visit or hang out
Go past the first car park and on to the “field car park” by the lighthouse. Below the cliff the beach is a wonderfully sheltered sun trap with calm crystal clear water and white sand. Our favourite place for a sunset BBQ. To walk up the coast path from the car park to see the seals sleeping on the beach below - with seal pups if you visit at the right time of year.
