Nearest town to us... independent shops and restaurants. Ryde is where the hovercraft comes in - always worth a watch. Appley Beach is a few minutes along the Esplanade with plenty of sandy beach - perfect for a day on the beach. There's a park opposite part of the beach and a café at either end of the seawall (Appley to Puckpool).
