Fun on the Lake
Across the street from our home, this is the place to rent a pontoon boat or use the boat ramp to put in your own boat/kayak/canoe/SUP. They also have a great shop with snacks, wine, beer and Lake Rabun souvenirs. If you choose to rent a boat, we recommend reserving your rental as early as possible!

Lake Rabun has a public beach and boat ramp 3 miles from our house. The beach is sandy and there is a roped off swimming area with a floating dock. Parking is $5.

A short and beautiful waterfall hike! The hike begins off of unpaved Bear Gap Road.

Old 441 SouthA beautiful waterfall with a nice pool to splash around in at the bottom.
Directions: From downtown Lakemont, Take Old 441 S about 3.1 miles, Turn left onto Stonewall Creek Road (on the right you will see a Stonewall Falls Mountain Bike trail sign).
