A nice place for burgers and seafood, a good terrace and nice servers. Good coffee too.

One of the rare places in the neighborhood to serve all day until 11:30 at night, non stop. The food is very correct for the prices. A nice place to sit outside as well.

A very quirky Irish pub just down the street. If you want a pint or to watch any kind of match, this is the best place to go. The fries are homemade and excellent, if olfactively present.
The owner, Kevin, is a riot, but very nice and fun.

70 Quai de JemmapesA very quirky Irish pub just down the street. If you want a pint or to watch any kind of match, this is the best place to go. The fries are homemade and excellent, if olfactively present.
The owner, Kevin, is a riot, but very nice and fun.
One of my very favorites in the hood. French Auvergnate and Italian food, a great selection of wines and welcoming staff.
If you choose one thing on the list this should be it!

The staff is very parisian: they will let you know that while they are too cool to be there you probably aren't cool enough. Despite that it's a good place to go for a drink before or after dinner.

A great, young neighborhood with a lot of fun bars and nice, hip restaurants. Coffee shops galore.
It is located a few short steps from Place de la République which has a metro hub that takes passengers anywhere in the city within minutes.
