Preciosa cabaña de 40m en terreno grande a 15 minutos andando de la playa Es Trenç y a 5 minutos en coche de la Colonia. Cocina, nevera, agua caliente a gas butano, no luz eléctrica, solo velas, lo mejor, mágico, experimentalo
Cocina, nevera, y agua caliente a gas butano, no luz eléctrica, os puedo asegurar que es lo mejor, es mágico, dos días alli y desconectas totalmente del mundo. Habitación doble en altillo, dos camas individuales en sala. Lugar ideal para amantes de la naturaleza y la tranquilidad. Quiero recalcar que solamente hay luz de velas. Hay agua corriente que va desde el pozo a un deposito y de ahí baja, el depósito dura uno, dos o tres días depende del uso, una vez terminada el agua del depósito simplemente se enciende un generador durante 5 minutos y ya esta cargado. Es fácil cuando lo ves y te lo explico en el lugar(URL HIDDEN) También disponemos de un pequeño kit solar para que puedas cargar tu móvil, ordenador, tablet etc..... No secador de pelo. Es una casa pequeña y sencilla, para guardar ropa solamente hay un mueble con 5 cajones y una docena de perchas. Se recomienda no venir con muchisima ropa, mas si son 4 personas.Lo siento pero no cabe.
Ubicada en pequeño pinar con vistas fantásticas, totalmente tranquilo y silencioso. Tienes todos los servicios, supermercados, farmacia, médicos, restaurantes, bares, puerto deportivo.... en la Colonia de Sant Jordi o también en los pueblos de Ses Salines, y Campos ambos a 6 km Colonia es un pueblo costero de veraneo, de ambiente familiar. Ses Salines y Campos son pueblos típicos mallorquines, pero también con todos los servicios. En todos ellos podrás encontrar buenos restaurantes de pescado, y cocina internacional. Como no recomiendo disfrutar de la maravillosa playa de Es Trenç, ya que la tienes tan cerca andando (15minutos) lo mejor es disfrutarla a primera y ultima hora del día, ya que estarás prácticamente solo, es perfecta para hacer caminatas y llegar a otras playas cercanas como Ses Covetes, Playa del Marques.... Y ya un poquito mas lejos a unos 12km puedes disfrutar del faro De Ses Salines, (extremo mas sur de la isla), hay una vista fantástica a la isla de Cabrera y te podrás bañar en sus cristalinas aguas, puedes elegir o rocas o andando 20 min tienes la playa del Caragol solo accesible en barco o andando. Desde la Colonia puedes hacer una excursión en barco al parque natural de la isla de Cabrera.

This room is located next to a busy road and in the months of July and August the road is no longer busy at 00:30 a.m. approximately, or a little before and in the morning, begins to move at 7:00 a.m.
The house is located in a coastal town of Mallorca, 25 minutes walk from the beach of Es Trenc, or Ses Covetes. The paradise within the paradise... Just a minute from the house, you can enjoy crystal clear waters full of rocks... ideal for relaxing, bathing, or even scuba diving. It is a house of 175 meters and there are 3 rooms for rent...
Sa Rápita is a very quiet coastal village, close to the most prized beaches of the island. For example Es Trenc, Ses Covetes, Colonya de Sant Jordi, Ses Salines, among others. It has all the services and has a bike path with spectacular views that runs between the beaches. There are supermarkets, bus at 15 meters, pharmacies, restaurants, cafes. From midnight, the people retires to rest, and we all RESPECT THE SILENCE and the right to rest of residents and tourists. It also has about 16 kilometers a town with a lot of tourist activity and leisure places for those who like to go out in the evenings. In the winter, you can enjoy a quiet village, empty beaches to walk around and then enjoy the fireplace back home
  • Ο Patricia είναι ένας πολύ φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός οικοδεσπότης που φροντίζει για την ευημερία των επισκεπτών. Απαντά γρήγορα, το check-in ήταν απλό και ατομικά διευθετημένο μαζί της. Το όμορφο σπίτι σας βρίσκεται ακριβώς στην ακτή / θάλασσα. Μπροστά από την ιδιοκτησία είναι ένας δρόμος που δεν μας ενοχλεί. Η βεράντα, η οποία βλέπει προς αυτή την κατεύθυνση και μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί από τους επισκέπτες, προσφέρει θέα φανταστικές ανατολές και ηλιοβασιλέματα. Στο χωριό υπάρχουν, μεταξύ άλλων, ένας καφές αρτοποιίας, ένα εστιατόριο με ψάρι και μια πιτσαρία. Λόγω της μικρής διάρκειας της επίσκεψης δεν ερευνήσαμε πια. Συμφωνήσαμε ότι θα κλείσαμε ξανά.

  • Το μέρος της Πατρικίας βρίσκεται σε ένα πολύ ήρεμο χωριό. Υπάρχουν 3 ευρύχωρα δωμάτια για τους επισκέπτες και ένα καθαρό μπάνιο και κουζίνα. Η Patricia μας έδωσε πολλές συμβουλές για το τι πρέπει να κάνουμε και πού να φάμε. Σίγουρα θα επιστρέψω σε αυτό το μέρος καθώς η Patricia σε κάνει να νιώθεις σαν στο σπίτι!

  • Το σπίτι της Patricia είναι μεγάλο, ευρύχωρο, εύκολο στην πρόσβαση, πολύ φιλόξενο αλλά πάνω απ 'όλα πολύ καθαρό. Μπορείτε να απολαύσετε μια όμορφη θέα στη θάλασσα. Βρίσκεται στον κεντρικό δρόμο Avinguda de Miramar που διασχίζει τη μικρή πόλη Sa Rapita κατά μήκος της θάλασσας. Η ιδιοκτήτρια Patricia, παρά τους κανόνες της, είναι ευέλικτη και πολύ ευγενής. Μερικές φορές ψυχαγωγεί τον επισκέπτη για μια υγιή συζήτηση. Από το σπίτι της Patricia σε 30/40 λεπτά με τα πόδια βρίσκεστε στην όμορφη παραλία Es Trenc. Το Sa Rapita, όπως αναφέρει η Patricia, είναι ένα μικρό ψαροχώρι που το καλοκαίρι γίνεται τόπος διακοπών για μη ογκώδη αλλά μέτριο και ειρηνικό τουρισμό. Έξοδο από τα συνηθισμένα προγράμματα μαζικού εμπορικού τουρισμού: δεν απευθύνεται σε ακροατήριο νέων που αναζητούν διακοπές γεμάτες από αστείρευτη διασκέδαση. Και για όσους αναζητούν επαφή με τη φύση, είναι η ηρεμία στην καθημερινή ζωή ενός παραθαλάσσιου θέρετρου. Προτείνεται ένα αυτοκίνητο, ακόμη και αν δεν είναι απαραίτητο. Προσωπικά έχω κάνει χωρίς αυτό.

  • Εντάξει καλά να πω ότι αυτή είναι η τρίτη παραμονή μου με Patricia θα εξηγήσει βασικά όλα. Ένα όμορφο μέρος στη θάλασσα. Τα αξεσουάρ μπάνιου εκεί δεν χρειάστηκε να πάρουν τίποτα παρά δύο τοπικά σπάλες για να ενσαρκώσουν ο καθένας που χρειάζεται επιπλέον. Το Sa rapita έχει μπαρ / εστιατόρια κατά μήκος του μέτωπο και έχει αρκετό για μερικά γούστα. Θα επιστρέψω το επόμενο έτος ως συνήθως, για να απολαύσω το σπίτι της Πατρίσια και να σέβομαι τους κανόνες της. O και να προειδοποιήσει το σκυλί της Patricia αγαπά την προσοχή

La casa cuenta con terraza en porche delante del mar que puede utilizar hasta las 22:00hs, al igual que la cocina,dos baños completos y un gran salón ,living room. Se alquilan tres habitaciones en una casa de 175 metros. Derecho a cocina ,wifi . La zona cuenta con todos los servicios a partir de mayo. Recomendado venir con coche.
    La casa se encuentra en un pueblo costero de Mallorca ,a 30 minutos paseando de la Playa de Es Trenc , o Ses Covetes..El paraíso dentro del paraíso..Así mismo a un minuto de la casa ,pueden disfrutar de aguas cristalinas al lado de rocas.. ideales para relajarse ,bañarse ,o incluso practicar submarinismo. Es una casa de 175 metros y se alquilan tres habitaciones... En Mallorca es muy difícil moverse sin coche ,el transporte público es escaso.
    Sa Rápita es un pueblo costero muy tranquilo ,de descanso ,cerca de la playas más preciadas de la isla..Por ejemplo Es Trenc ,Ses Covetes,Colonya de Sant Jordi ,Ses Salines,entre otras.Cuenta con todos los servicios y dispone de un carril bici con vistas espectaculares que discurre entre las playas.Hay supermercados ,bus a 15 metros ,farmacias,restaurantes,cafeterías . A partir de la media noche ,el pueblo se retira a descansar ,y todos RESPETAMOS EL SILENCIO y el derecho a descansar de residentes y turistas. También tiene a 16 kilómetros aproximadamente un pueblo con mucha actividad turística y sitios de ocio para los que gustan de salir en las noches. En el invierno ,usted puede disfrutar un pueblo en silencio , playas solitarias para pasear y le espera una chimenea de regreso en casa

  • Το σπίτι του Patricia είναι πολύ μεγάλο και άνετο και βρίσκεται σε ένα πολύ όμορφο χωριό που ονομάζεται Sa Ràpita, με θέα στη θάλασσα, κοντά στη θαυμάσια παραλία και το φυσικό πάρκο Es Trenc (Ses Covetes). Στο Sa Ràpita υπάρχουν τα πάντα, μικρά καταστήματα και σούπερ μάρκετ, εστιατόρια, αίθουσες παγωτού, δύο φούρνοι για να αγοράσετε φρέσκο ψωμί, πιτσαρίες, φαρμακείο και ΑΤΜ. Το Sa Ràpita είναι ένα όμορφο χωριό, που βρίσκεται κατά μήκος της θάλασσας. Επίσης ένα από τα πράγματα που μας άρεσε καλύτερα είναι η ταράτσα του σπιτιού της Πατρικίας, με θέα στη θάλασσα, στην οποία μπορείτε να χαλαρώσετε, τρώγοντας ίσως μια φέτα φρέσκο καρπούζι ή έχοντας ένα απεριτίφ κοιτάζοντας τη θάλασσα και περνώντας από βάρκες. Το δωμάτιο είναι ευρύχωρο, το κρεβάτι είναι άνετο, το μπάνιο είναι μεγάλο και είναι εξοπλισμένο με όλα. Επιπλέον, υπάρχει επίσης μια βεράντα πάνω από το σπίτι για να κρεμάσει τις πετσέτες και τα κοστούμια για να στεγνώσει. Η Patricia ήταν πάντα πολύ ευγενική σε μας και ακόμα και στο μικρό σκυλάκι της, ο Τίτο είναι πολύ καλός και χαζός. Ευχαριστώ για όλα!

  • το σπίτι είναι ευρύχωρο, καθαρό, με θέα στη θάλασσα είναι πολύ ήσυχη και σούπερ χαλάρωση! Μείναμε 6 νύχτες και τοποθέτησαν το δωμάτιο και άλλαξαν τις πετσέτες. Η Patricia είναι ένα καλό και ωραίο άτομο! πρότεινε μέρη για να πάει, μας δάνεισε μια ομπρέλα στον ήλιο και στο σπίτι υπήρχαν τα πάντα για το μπάνιο και τις κρέμες μετά τον ήλιο, σε περίπτωση που ξεχάσατε κάτι. Στο σπίτι υπάρχει ένα πολύ γλυκό σκυλί Τίτο, το οποίο δεν αισθάνεται καν υπέροχο! Όλα τέλεια! Συμβούλιο! ❤️

    This lovely, rustic cottage with communal pool is located in Campos and offers a second home for 4 guests.
    This accommodation forms part of a farm with cows and a cheese factory - so you can enjoy rustic and autentic environment. The house was build in 1950 and has been carefully reformed in 2017. You will have access to a 3m x 8m chlorine, communal pool with a depth ranging from 1.1m to 1.9m, two parasols and six sun loungers. There’s a private porch for great al-fresco dining with friends and family. The kitchen-dining room share the same space and is air-conditioned. The sitting area is the perfect place to relax watch satellite TV. The kitchen is fitted with an oven, vitro hob and some cooking utensils. The decoration surprises with a Mediterranean, warm style. The house features two bedrooms (one double bed and two twin beds). The bathroom is fitted with a shower. A cot and a high chair are available on request. Set in Ses Salines, just a few kilometres from the town centre, this lovely house is just a short drive (about 10 minutes) from the dreamlike beach of Es Trenc. In the town centre of Ses Salines you’ll find everything you may need during your stay like supermarket and restaurants. The south coast has lovely beaches as Ses Covetes, Playa des Carbo and Colonia de Sant Jordi.The island’s capital, Palma de Mallorca, ist just a 30 minutes’ drive. The Mediterranean city is famous for the Cathedral La Seu, the Bellver Castle and the Baluard Museum of Contemporary Arts. In the outskirts of Palma you can spend a day in one of the entertainment parks, Westernpark, Aqualand or the Aquarium of Palma. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.     The establishment has a cafeteria, self-laundry, solarium and outdoor pool. All apartments have air conditioning, terraces with sea views, TV, free wifi, kitchen and bathroom. The kitchens are equipped with ceramic hob, coffee maker, fridge, freezer, toaster, microwave and all kitchen utensils. Bed linen and towels are included, we also have baby cots.
    This beach-style apartment of 50 m2, has 2 rooms. A room with two beds and a room with bunk beds (for adults or children). It has an equipped kitchen, air conditioning, living room with TV, free wifi, private bathroom and terrace to the sea. The living room sofa can be used as a bed for a child, we also have cribs for babies. Bed linen and towels are included. The towels are changed every 4 days and the bed linen every week.
    Se sitúan en una zona tranquila y residencial. A 10 minutos a pie, se encuentra una de las calles principales de la Colonia de Sant Jordi donde podrá encontrar tiendas, restaurantes, supermercado, empresas de alquiler (bicicletas, motos y coches) y una amplia variedad de servicios.     This beach-style apartment of 70 m2, has 3 bedrooms. Two rooms with two beds each and a room with bunk beds (for adults or children). It has an equipped kitchen, air conditioning, living room with TV, free wifi, private bathroom and terrace to the sea. The living room sofa can be used as a bed for a child, we also have cribs for babies. Bed linen and towels are included. The towels are changed every 4 days and the bed linen every week.

A 10 minutos a pie, se encuentra una de las calles principales de la Colonia de Sant Jordi donde podrá encontrar tiendas, restaurantes, supermercado, empresas de alquiler (bicicletas, motos y coches) y una amplia variedad de servicios. Desde el puerto situado aproximadamente a 1 Km de distancia, se pueden realizar excursiones en barco a la reserva natural del Archipiélago de Cabrera.

  • Είχαμε μια πολύ ωραία διαμονή στο χώρο του Bartomeus. Το διαμέρισμα είναι ευρύχωρο και πολύ καθαρό και ήταν ιδανικό για να έχετε 2 μπάνια. Η τοποθεσία ακριβώς στην παραλία είναι πολύ ωραία, αν και μας άρεσε η λιγότερο τουριστική και σχεδόν ανέγγιχτη παραλία στα ανατολικά του CdSJ πολύ καλύτερα. Η γειτνίαση του σπιτιού και του ίδιου του σπιτιού φαινόταν πιο όμορφη στην πραγματικότητα από ό, τι στις φωτογραφίες κατά τη γνώμη μας. Ήμασταν μόνο δύο άτομα στο διαμέρισμα και υποθέτω ότι όταν μένετε εκεί με την οικογένειά σας ο εξοπλισμός κουζίνας μπορεί να είναι λίγο πολύ βασικός. Σίγουρα θα μείνουμε ξανά εδώ. Ευχαριστώ!

In addition from the Colònia it is the closest point to Cabrera Island, from where you can take a boat to visit the island (passing by Sa Cova Blava), totally recommended during the spring and summer months. But let's not forget that Mallorca is a "small" island and in an hour by car you can move to radically different points: visit curious and charming places, spend a day in Palma, go hiking in Sa Serra de Tramuntana ...     Beautiful country house with private pool 3 km from the beach and with capacity for 6 guests in Ses Salines.
    Shall we go to the beach or lets stay at the pool? this is going to be the question you will make yourself every day because this finca has everything: a private pool and a nearby beach only 5 minutes driving. If you prefer to stay at home, sun lovers lie down on one of the sunbeds to sunbathe or under the parasol. The salt pool is enormous sizing 12x5 metres and with a depth between 0.2 and 1.8 metres. Kids can splash around at the pool shallower area while the adults swim. This pool has room for all of you. After exercising, having breakfast under the ficus tree is just great. The terrace is quite spacious and there is a lot of room for children to play and run. An exterior shower is ideal for refreshing from time to time. There is a porch at the back of the house, a dreamy place to share a bottle of champagne in the evening or enjoy a barbecue with your loved ones. The property is fenced and privacy is total because there are not neighbours around. At the same time this finca is the home for many animals like dogs, cats, pigs, gens and partridges. There is a special area for them in the property and the owner comes every day to take care of them. The property has only one floor and it is characterised by a country style, with warm wooden furniture and natural stoned walls, without relinquishing a modern equipment like TV Sat or air-conditioning (in the living room). The living-dining room is a cosy corner, a beautiful place to have lunch all together and share chatting and laughing. There are 5 sun loungers available as well as a hammock where you can revell in the scent of the fresh grass and the sea.     Das Apartment „Es Trenc“ liegt 100m entfernt vom Naturstrandd"Es Trencirekt in Colonia Sant Jordi in einer kleinen Seitenstraße. Colonia liegt an der Südostspitze von Mallorca, ist umgeben von traumhaften unbebauten Naturstränden, einzigartig auf Mallorca. Eine Minute vom Apartment entfernt liegt der berühmte Naturstrand Es Trenc, 15 Minuten entfernt hinter dem Hafen liegt der zweite Naturstrand d’Es Dolc.
    Das Apartment Es Trenc Das Apartment befindet sich in einem neu erbauten Apartmenthaus im Erdgeschosse, es wurde 2017 komplett neu und modern eingerichtet. Es besteht aus einem ca 35 qm großen lichtdurchfluteten Raum, der in zwei Bereiche aufgegliedert ist, der offenen Küche mit Essplatz und dem Wohnbereich in freundlicher heller Ausstattung mit SAT-TV für deutsche Programme und WLAN mit Internetzugang. Außerdem gibt es ein 25 qm großes Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und ein Bad mit einer großen Dusche. Auf Wunsch hin stellen wir ein Babybett kostenlos zur Verfügung. Der Wohnbereich und das Schlafzimmer haben jeweils eine Klimaanlage warm /kalt, so dass das Apartment auch im Winter zu nutzen ist. In der Küche finden Sie einen Elektroherd mit 2 Platten, einen Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und Wasserkocher. Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen runden die Komplettausstattung ab. Zum Garten hin gibt es eine Terrasse mit Esstisch, Liegen und Sonnenschirm. Außerdem gibt es vom Schlafzimmer aus einen Balkon mit Esstisch und einem wunderbaren Ausblick auf die Salinen.     Welcome to this beautiful house for 6 people on the outskirts of Ses Coveted, belonging to a green and natura landscape and with a so lively garden that will delight you!
    Surrounded by forest and nature, this house is perfect for those who love peace. Although there are some neighbours around, the garden is a quite place where you can stop and relax and dream. It is very sunny so it becomes the perfect scenery to sunbathe on the four sun loungers or on the grass. If you are travelling with the family little ones, you can take for granted that they will enjoy running and playing on the lawn after tasting all together a delicious barbecue under the porch, where you can also sit by the warmth of the fireplace, if you wish. On the other side, when it is hot, you can cool down outdoors at the available exterior shower. Inside, you will find a lively sitting room, with a wood stove and satellite TV, open to the dining area and to the colourful kitchen. The kitchen offers a gas stove, room for meals and exit to the covered terrace. The laundry room features a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There is a shower bathroom for the whole accommodation and three bedrooms with a closet each in total. One of the bedrooms comes with a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom; another comes with a bunk bed and a single bed; the last bedroom has two twin beds and it is accessed from the outside. We can provide a cot and a high chair as well as 4 fans on request. The surrounding paths leading to Ses Covetes, full of fields and pinewoods, are perfect for long walks around the area. It is a protected coastal zone which includes the paradisaical beach of Es Trenc, only 1.5 km away, and many other beaches absolutely amazing like Cala Pi or Colonia de Sant Jordi.     Sa Ràpita is located in the south of Majorca and it’s a very quiet and family-friendly destination, with virgin beaches around. The town provides you with a grocery store, some bars and restaurants. The cobbled beach is just a few minutes’ walking and the wonderful sand beach Arenal de Sa Ràpita, is 1.4 km away. A short drive by car or bicycle takes you to Ses Covetes or Es Trenc, both amazing natural beaches. The village of Campos, where you will find supermarkets and more services, is a 15 minutes’ drive. The capital, Palma de Mallorca is 38 km from Ca N’Angela while Cala S’Almunia is 20 km away. A car is recommendable to explore our beautiful island and to reach amazing beaches like Es Caragol, Es Carbó or Es Dofí. La casa cuenta con terraza en porche delante del mar que puede utilizarse hasta las 22:00hs , al igual que la cocina,dos baños completos que yo personalmente ,mantengo limpios constantemente, y un gran salón ,living room. Derecho a cocina ,wifi . La zona cuenta con todos los servicios en verano. Hay una pequeña Avenida junto al mar ,con bares y restaurantes excelentes. Se recomienda venir con vehículo-
    La casa se encuentra en un pueblo costero de Mallorca ,a 30 minutos paseando de la Playa de Es Trenc , o Ses Covetes..El paraíso dentro del paraíso..Así mismo a un minuto de la casa ,pueden disfrutar de aguas cristalinas al lado de rocas.. ideales para relajarse ,bañarse ,o incluso practicar submarinismo. En Mallorca es muy difícil moverse sin coche ,el transporte público es escaso. Es una casa de 175 metros ,y se alquilan tres habitaciones ,aunque en mi experiencia ,los huéspedes tienen siempre diferentes horarios y muy difícil coincidir.
    Sa Rápita es un pueblo costero no turístico ,muy tranquilo ,de descanso ,cerca de la playas más preciadas de la isla..Por ejemplo Es Trenc ,Ses Covetes,Colonya de Sant Jordi ,Ses Salines,entre otras.Cuenta con todos los servicios en verano ,y dispone de un carril bici con vistas espectaculares que discurre entre las playas.Hay supermercados ,bus a 15 metros ,farmacias,restaurantes,cafeterías . A partir de la media noche ,el pueblo se retira a descansar ,y todos RESPETAMOS EL SILENCIO y el derecho a descansar de residentes y turistas. También tiene a 16 kilómetros aproximadamente un pueblo con mucha actividad turística y sitios de ocio para los que gustan de salir en las noches. En el invierno ,usted puede disfrutar un pueblo en silencio , playas solitarias para pasear .

Λάβαμε καθαρισμένες πετσέτες, το μπάνιο και η κουζίνα κρατήθηκαν καθαρά και τακτοποιημένα. Δεν μπορώ να περιμένω να κλείσω ξανά μαζί σας. Ήμασταν εκεί για 7 ημέρες ευτυχίας.     This beach-style apartment of 50 m2, has 2 rooms. A room with two beds and a room with bunk beds (for adults or children). It has an equipped kitchen, air conditioning, living room with TV, free wifi, private bathroom and terrace to the sea. The living room sofa can be used as a bed for a child, we also have cribs for babies. Bed linen and towels are included. The towels are changed every 4 days and the bed linen every week.
    Se sitúan en una zona tranquila y residencial. A 10 minutos a pie, se encuentra una de las calles principales de la Colonia de Sant Jordi donde podrá encontrar tiendas, restaurantes, supermercado, empresas de alquiler (bicicletas, motos y coches) y una amplia variedad de servicios. Desde el puerto situado aproximadamente a 1 Km de distancia, se pueden realizar excursiones en barco a la reserva natural del Archipiélago de Cabrera.
