All the basics can be found in Bronte itself, and there are some lovely breakfast cafes such as the Bogey Hole Cafe along the beach front. Catch the bus from the beach directly into central Sydney in about 20 minutes, or up to the train station in 10 or less. The Westfield shopping centre at Bondi Junction hosts every shop you could possibly need! <b>Highlights in the Area</b> The coastal track along the cliffs to Bondi Beach in one direction and towards Coogee in the other is an absolute must as part of your true Sydney experience! We have a fully self contained garden studio apartment below a well loved family home. It has a separate entrance, indoor and outdoor areas and is somewhere to leave your worries at the gate. It has a luxurious bathroom, featuring an oversized bath with spa jets, a shower and a gorgeous leafy outlook. The studio is fully furnished with fast, reliable, NBN, a kitchenette (with hotplate, small fridge, toaster, kettle and microwave oven). It's not a party house but family/friends are welcome.
The home is in an elevated position above Bronte and Clovelly beaches just a short walk from both beaches and the world famous Bondi to Malabar coastal path. We’ve plenty of uncrowded open spaces and parks including Bronte and Tamarama gullies, the beautiful Waverley cemetery, overlooking the sea and Queens Park, and we’re ten or fifteen minutes ride to Centennial Park.
We’re close to vibrant cafes, bakeries etc (incl Three Blue Ducks, Iggy’s Bakery and Cali Press). The studio has generous windows looking out out onto a lovely lush private garden (which is home to abundant birdlife, a sweet natured, gentle Belgian Shepherd and three delightful cats)

Welcome to Clovelly! The Apartment: Enjoy our sunny, furnished 2 brm apartment with balcony. - 2 beds (queen & double) - very comfy! - 1 large and 1 moderate sized bedroom - Garage (needed near the beach)! - Wireless Internet - TV - Heating or fan - Dishwasher - Laundry (external) -Newly renovated kitchen with induction cooktop and Smeg appliances! - Snorkelling: masks and snorkels for finding the local blue gropers (look up 'Clovelly blue groper')! The apartment offers all you would expect in your own apartment! We will leave our kitchen and some general things in the apartment, but will clear space for your clothes etc. Will inform you of details to ensure it is exactly as expected. Washer & dryer are shared by 2 others, but you are free to use as much as needed and we will provide detergent. Just 1 minute (200m) walk to beach and stunning coastal walk! The Area: Bus stop into the city immediately outside. Close to small supermarket, cafes (including 'Masterchef' famed Adriano Zumbo and 3 Blue Ducks) and 2 of the best pubs in Sydney (lookup Clovelly Hotel & Coogee Pavilion)! Local, friendly area and close to Coogee (with loads of restaurants etc), walking distance to other eastern beaches like Bondi. Start the day like we do along the stunning coastal cliff walk. You are 5 minutes from the famous Bronte-Bondi cliff walk and very close to beautiful Bronte and Clovelly beaches. Transport, cafes and shops are one minute away. The space is a private, separate garden studio with fold-out sofa beds and its own entrance. You have your own private toilet and sink. Your bathroom (for showers) is in the main house, accessed any time you like. We are here to help with any questions and to make your stay enjoyable.
The Bondi-Bronte cliff walk is a must for Sydney visitors. It's practically on our doorstep. We also have great cafes in Bronte, one of Sydney's very best bakeries and a couple of nice restaurants and takeaways just two minutes away. We are 20 minutes from the centre of Sydney by bus and train but it feels like a seaside holiday here.

Yes we provide free Wifi to guests. However, we cannot guarantee your connection as this could be due to your device(s) or other issues outside our control (eg telecoms provider network). However, we will do our best to assist you with your Wifi connection. We also provide Wifi for your emails and simple internet searching and we ask guests not to use it do download large files, to use it for internet gaming, or streaming (e.g. Netflix or Youtube). 3. Can guests have an early check in or late check out? Our standard check in time is 2pm and standard check out time is 10am. This is to allow the apartment to be cleaned for the next guests and to take into account that guests prior to your stay would not check out until 10am. We can only accommodate early check ins if there are no guests staying the night before your check in date. It is difficult for us to accommodate late check outs as our cleaners arrive at 10am to start cleaning the apartment for the next guests. If you have a long haul flight and require the apartment early say from 7am, most guests actually book the night before to ensure that they can have accommodation as early as 7am. 4. What is Bronte like? Public transport access from the apartment? Bronte is one of the eastern suburbs of Sydney. The east is well known for its beaches and also being close enough to the central business district of Sydney. In terms of public transport, there is regular bus service that stops around the corner of the apartment. The main shopping centre and transport (bus and train interchange) are located in Bondi Junction which is approximately a 5 minute bus ride from the apartment. From the train interchange at Bondi Junction, it takes around 10 min or so to the City depending on the train station. Are there rules? Yes. There are no pets allowed and also no smoking. There are cleaning rules, mainly around keeping the apartment clean and tidy during your stay. There is a list posted on the wall of the apartment. We ask guests to: 1.tidy up the kitchen after each major use; 2.not to bring sand from the beach by rinsing at allocated showers prior to returning to the apartment 3.be careful with luggage wheels and shoes (high heels) damaging the floor boards 4.keep the noise down particularly after 9pm 5.shut blinds in the lounge close when leaving for the day to protect the furniture from the sun 6.do not leave wet clothing or materials on the floor as this would cause water damage on the floor boards What are we are asking for in guests? We ask you to take care of the apartment whilst you stay with us and to please observe the house rules. Before you leave, we would appreciate it if you turn off all the lights and electrical items. Please note that this apartment is in the Eastern suburbs of Sydney, and being close to the beaches is in one of the most, if not the most expensive area in Sydney to rent an apartment from. The prices of a night stay in a 3/4 star hotel room are significantly higher than our daily rate. We welcome guests who are fully aware of this fact to stay with us. If your expectations are that you will get the service of a 4/5 star hotel with concierge, this apartment would unlikely meet your expectations as this is a self contained apartment and more suited to independent traveller(s) looking for an apartment with a kitchen/dining space.

Indulge in a true-blue, cosy beach adventure at this spacious, airy, and beautiful space in a gorgeous beach apartment, located hardly two minutes away from the stunning vistas of Coogee Beach, as well as the amazing dining, pubs, cafes, entertainment and attractions in town. The spacious apartment also features flat-screen Smart TVs with a PlayStation, a comfy living room with a sofa-bed, and a well-equipped full kitchen, some gym equipment as well as Wi-Fi.
You will have the bedroom to yourself, but the house is shared with a few plants and myself. The TV, PlayStation, Gym equipment and WiFi are free for you to use. Please Note: This is not a party house, getting a couple of guests home once in a while is fine, but no big parties. And no smoking indoors.
Next to the Coogee Beach, right at the start of the Coogee - Bondi Walk and the Coogee Pavilion.

3 NIGTH MINIMUM ONLY Beachside location. Beautifully situated on the coastal walk between Bondi and Coogee. Gordons Bay is one of the premier snorkelling and swimming bays in Sydney. Just 3 mins from the water or a 6 min walk to the family orientated Clovelly Beach and 15 mins walk along the beautiful cliff walk to Coogee. The apartment is a 70's classic. It has a small view of the ocean from the bedroom. Its light and breezy and excellent for just chilling out after a long day on the beach.
This is a one bedroom attached apartment. It's an older style beachside building, built in the 70's with original fittings. There is a small balcony to sit on and also a small garden out the back. Don't expect marble bench tops or polished floors, the apartment has character the way we like it.
This is a very charming area with easy access to Clovelly and Coogee beach. The buses to the city or Bondi Junction are 5 mins walk away. There are many restaurants in the area and a local hotel. Protected swimming in Clovelly beach and great snorkeling and diving in both Clovelly and Gordon's Bay. The neighbours are all friendly and helpful and happy to advise you on the local area.

There is free parking available at the back of the block on a first come first serve basis (one spot is reserved, right most parking space as you enter the carpark). There is also unlimited free parking on the street where the apartment is located and surrounding streets. During a very hot day, the beaches get very busy and parking on the street could be difficult, however, with patience, you are most likely to find a free spot. 2. Is there Wifi? Yes we provide free Wifi to guests. However, we cannot guarantee your connection as this could be due to your device(s) or other issues outside our control (eg telecoms provider network). However, we will do our best to assist you with your Wifi connection. We also provide Wifi for your emails and simple internet searching and we ask guests not to use it do download large files, to use it for internet gaming, or streaming (e.g. Netflix or Youtube). 3. Can guests have an early check in or late check out? Our standard check in time is 2pm and standard check out time is 10am. This is to allow the apartment to be cleaned for the next guests and to take into account that guests prior to your stay would not check out until 10am. We can only accommodate early check ins if there are no guests staying the night before your check in date. It is difficult for us to accommodate late check outs as our cleaners arrive at 10am to start cleaning the apartment for the next guests. If you have a long haul flight and require the apartment early say from 7am, most guests actually book the night before to ensure that they can have accommodation as early as 7am. 4. What is Bronte like? Public transport access from the apartment? Bronte is one of the eastern suburbs of Sydney. The east is well known for its beaches and also being close enough to the central business district of Sydney. In terms of public transport, there is regular bus service that stops around the corner of the apartment. The main shopping centre and transport (bus and train interchange) are located in Bondi Junction which is approximately a 5 minute bus ride from the apartment. From the train interchange at Bondi Junction, it takes around 10 min or so to the City depending on the train station. Are there rules? Yes. There are no pets allowed and also no smoking. There are cleaning rules, mainly around keeping the apartment clean and tidy during your stay. There is a list posted on the wall of the apartment. We ask guests to: 1.tidy up the kitchen after each major use; 2.not to bring sand from the beach by rinsing at allocated showers prior to returning to the apartment 3.be careful with luggage wheels and shoes (high heels) damaging the floor boards 4.keep the noise down particularly after 9pm 5.shut blinds in the lounge close when leaving for the day to protect the furniture from the sun 6.do not leave wet clothing or materials on the floor as this would cause water damage on the floor boards What are we are asking for in guests? We ask you to take care of the apartment whilst you stay with us and to please observe the house rules. Before you leave, we would appreciate it if you turn off all the lights and electrical items. Please note that this apartment is in the Eastern suburbs of Sydney, and being close to the beaches is in one of the most, if not the most expensive area in Sydney to rent an apartment from. The prices of a night stay in a 3/4 star hotel room are significantly higher than our daily rate. We welcome guests who are fully aware of this fact to stay with us. If your expectations are that you will get the service of a 4/5 star hotel with concierge, this apartment would unlikely meet your expectations as this is a self contained apartment and more suited to independent traveller(s) looking for an apartment with a kitchen/dining space.

    Well presented beach house, internally partially recently renovated with luxury furniture and furnishings 5 minutes walk to Clovelly Beach, 2 minutes walk to Gordon's Bay 12 minutes walk to Coogee Beach. Enjoy the sun, surf, scenic coast walks, marine parkland and a healthy lifestyle. Sorry the house does not accommodate cats or dogs.
    Perfect location, minutes to beaches, bus stop to city or Bondi Junction lots of space, common areas recently renovated with top quality luxurious fixtures and furniture. Ground floor 3 bedrooms are not renovated till second stage renovation later in 2019, but well presented, very clean. Two bedrooms have built in wardrobes. The other one has small cabinets. You can use it as a storage or study room. You have two floors all to yourself, except the laundry in lower ground floor, the owner will access occasionally from the garden. The ground floor and lower ground floor do not have an ocean view. Owner stays on separate floor, with separate side entrance. Owner travels often. While she's away, you can access the second floor living room with water views. The spa room /second bathroom is on lower ground floor. The space outside the spa room is used as storage with desk and chair We can block off the storage area if required, so guests will only access the spa room

    Peaceful garden setting and lovely spacious home. It is in a quiet neighbourhood with on street parking and your room looks out to the back garden. Plenty of space to mingle or be private. Minutes walk to the beach and local shops.
    Its peaceful and pretty and so close to the beach with a wonderful coastal walk to Bondi and to Coogee. Clovelly is quieter and more intimate with a village like feel. Plenty to do locally yet so accessible to city highlights.

    This modern and updated apartment is perfectly located near Coogee Beach and less than 5 minute walk to the secret gem Gordons Bay. With a small sandy beach and great swimming and snorkeling is a quiet delight for locals. Close enough the walk to Coogee Beach and its busy lifestyle, enjoy the bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. Then wander up the road to your quiet home. At the end of your street is the 6km coastal walk to Bondi beach or you 3km in the other direction to Maroubra.
    This home has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It has been recently updated to a high standard, with a modern bathroom and kitchen. You can access the brand new balcony which gives a fantastic view over the Coogee area. There is wifi and a washer and dryer. The location is fantastic and allows you to enjoy many of Sydney's beaches. At the end of the street is the coastal walk - 6km in one direction wanders through Clovelly, Bronte, Tamarama ends at the famous Bondi Beach 3km in the other direction takes you to Maroubra Beach. A 5 minute walk to Gordons Bay and you can join the Underwater Nature Trail, a self-guided scuba diving or snorkelling adventure. It usually takes about forty minutes to dive the 600 metre trail, or on a clear day it's possible to snorkel the underwater trail from the surface. Concrete filled drums about 20 meters apart linked by a chain form the trail with information displayed on steel plaques. An adventure usually reserved for locals or those learning to dive in Sydney.     Less than 50 metres to beautiful Clovelly Beach. Located in a peaceful area close to lovely cafes and restaurants and frequent public transport to the city. Perfect for couples and solo adventurers.
    The apartment is newly renovated, gets a lot of sun light and has a nice relaxing feel to it. The apartment block is in a safe and quiet area located on the northern side of Clovelly beach, close to the reserve and walking trail to Bondi beach. The bedroom features a comfy queen size bed and a built in wardrobe and plenty of room for unpacking during your stay. Clean linen and fresh towels are provided. There is also access to free high speed WiFi for you to enjoy. There is storage space available in the kitchen and fridge, as well as the bathroom, for use while you stay.
    There are a number of shops just up the road, including a lovely pub with great beer garden (The Clovelly Hotel), a nice cafe/restaurant and pizza shop (Clovelly Social House and Cloey Beach Pizza! Food Works is a mini supermarket a two minute walk from the apartment, which stocks all essentials. The infamous Iggy's Bakery is just a 10 minute stroll through the coastal walk to Bronte as well as other great cafes/restaurants (Three Blue Ducks and Huxtons). More information The beach is about 50 metres from the apartment, has no rip currents or big waves, has a salt water pool built into the rocks and is great for snorkelling (you can always find Bluey the local friendly Blue Groper swimming around). It also has free BBQ's around the edge of the beach. 10 mins walk to a fantastic park - Bernie Park - with swings, slides, climbing frames etc., 12 mins walk to Bronte beach where you can surf and 15 mins walk to Coogee which has loads of bars and restaurants.

    Clovelly is a small beach side suburb with a village atmosphere. The beach is a protected bay with concrete and rocky areas to each side for those who don't like the sand between their toes. There is virtually no waves at the beach end which makes it a very safe swimming area for toddlers and small children. It is part of the Coogee to Bondi Coastal walk, so you can join from the beach path and head to Bondi, via the walkway - a leisurely 40 minute stroll. There are plenty of local cafes. The Village being my favourite, only 300 metres up the hill. The very famous Coogee Pavillion is a 15 minute stroll down the hill.
