It's a wonderfully cosy and private barn conversion with a separate private garden which is fully enclosed ideal for Dogs. We now have a pontoon on The River behind the Barn from which you can launch your paddle boards, canoes or even go wild water swimming!

River Witham if you are a keen Fly Fishing angler, PFI International Go Karting Circuit is not far & as we have cctv gated parking you could park race vehicles securely but by prior arrangement. A spacious, beautifully refurbished, three-bedroom house just a ten-minute walk from the University of Nottingham, Nottingham Tennis Centre and the QMC.
