In the winter, cozy up to the wood burning stove (the main heat source), take a long walk in the neighborhood or drive 5-min. to downtown Guerneville, which has a number of shops, restaurants and bars. Our Rose Cottage in quiet neighborhood is just two blocks from Main Street. Easy walking distance to town. It has a fully equipped kitchen, king bed in bedroom & queen sleeper sofa living room, with a washer/dryer. A large covered porch overlooks old growth redwoods, the cottage garden and is always a favorite spot for guests meals. Our chickens are delighted by our guests arrival and are a peaceful addition, like watching waves. Wifi with excellent speed. Minutes from the coast.

Our house sits atop the hill in Jenner and offers views of the Russian River just before it meets the Pacific. Surrounded by 4 acres and neighboring the Wildlands Conservancy, the property is calm, quiet, and a great place to take in the beauty of the Sonoma Coast. Neighbors say we have the best spot in Jenner. The house is well equipped. And you're welcome to use anything you find. Have a look around. We'd be happy to welcome you soon.

The River House is far enough from the main road to be quiet and serene but is still just walking distance from the Russian River where you can float/swim all day. The house has incredibly fast wifi as well as an electric car charging port. The neighborhood has a tennis court, Pee Wee golf course, community playground, and the house is walking distance from the Rio Nido Roadhouse which offers incredible food, drinks, and live music.
