Our light and airy cottage was completed in 2014 & provides a spotless rural space perfect for a couple, small families or friends to come together for a memorable stay. 5 star amenities provided, you'd think you were in a hotel in the countryside! Come and say hello to our chickens, sample their delicious eggs over a lazy breakfast. Head out for a walk in the bucolic Vale of Belvoir, maybe take in a country pub, then home to cosy up in front of the log burner with some of our home-made cake 🍰

The Little Barn, log fired luxury

Whether you want to curl up by the log fire, visit stately Belvoir Castle, walk the canal paths or visit the decadent Chocolate Cafe, you will come back to a stylish, comfortable newly converted little barn. It has a kitchen with Neff combi oven, induction hob, small fridge freezer, breakfast bar and Franke belfast sink. Upstairs to bespoke double bed and en-suite shower room. Bedroom and downstairs sitting room have french windows. Fast internet via cat6 cable to router make remote working easy

Bridle Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Set next to Hartshay Brook and along a beautiful Bridle lane, amidst rolling countryside with stunning walks straight from the door. Lower Hartshay is a hidden gem, a tiny rural village in Derbyshire. The cottage is along a former tow path behind a picket fence. Inside it boasts a quirky layout with log burner,beams and a stone stairwell to the large kitchen. Enjoy the paddock to the front and seating terrace to the rear looking over the brook.

Charming character cottage - 2 bedrooms

Charming cosy character cottage tastefully renovated and opened to our first guests in March 2018. Located within a 2 minute walk from the centre of Melbourne, a beautiful georgian market town with a fabulous selection of pubs, restaurants & shops. It has an open plan kitchen, living room with log burner, 2 bedrooms (1 with a king size bed and 1 with a double bed) and a shower room (no bath). Outside there is a shared backyard and to the front of the property there is a shared picnic area.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located cottage. Our carpark is 3 mins away as cottage in pedestrian area. Cottage is near the amazing Hockley area with loads of restaurants and bars. It’s also very close to the Market Square and Nottingham Castle. Nottingham Arena is a 5 minute walk. Notts Forest, Notts County and the Cricket ground are just 25/30minutes walk. ⚠️PLEASE NOTE-SAME DAY BOOKINGS MAY NOT GET PARKING- we recommend the lace market car park which is 3 mins away

Unwind in a tranquil 300-year-old grade II listed cottage with charming beams in every room. Cozy up by the open fire, or stroll to the nearby village pubs, and fantastic restaurants within walking distance. Only a brief drive from Sherwood Forest. Features a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, while bedroom 2 on a spacious upstairs landing with a double bed and antique privacy screen. Your stay includes a milk & free parking and a small basket of logs (1st October- 1st March).

The Barn is a rural retreat tucked away at the end of a quiet leafy lane in Colston Bassett in the heart of the beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Ideal for families, walkers, cyclists, gastro enthusiasts or perhaps those just looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, The Barn is a brand new, hand-crafted home built by the architect owner who lives in The Old Farmhouse next door. We also welcome well behaved dogs (we just request a modest fee of £20 per dog per stay)

Welcome to Brandybuck Cottage, a unique arts & crafts inspired 1850’s cottage located in the heart of the vibrant village of Mountsorrel, Leicestershire, with pubs, walks, cafes and restaurants all on your doorstep. Brandybuck cottage is a cosy two bedroomed, self catering cottage. There is an additional third bedroom located in the grounds of the cottage in the outhouse. There is also private parking for 2 cars on the driveway, a large terrace & secret garden to enjoy.

The Little Old Barn (TLOB) is a cosy self-contained annexe ATTACHED to our home set in the picturesque village of WOODBOROUGH, surrounded by the beautiful Nottinghamshire Countryside with excellent road links to both NOTTINGHAM & NEWARK. Belonging once to the house next door where William LEE invented the Stocking Frame in 1589. Ideally situated within minutes of the village pubs and beautiful countryside walks it is close to many local attractions & wedding venues.

Self contained accommodation, private entrance in beautiful rural setting. Sitting room with log burner and kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave and Nespresso machine. Two bedrooms with shared bath / shower room. We allow up to 2 dogs. We also offer a fully enclosed half acre paddock for exercising them. No street lights so it is a perfect location for stargazing. Village pub 5 mins walk away. Local for Stamford, Belvoir Castle, and Burghley House.

Self contained annexe in the Vale of Belvoir.

Set in the Vale of Belvoir between Cropwell Bishop and Colston Bassett a self contained annex is offered. The house lies 20 minutes from the historic town of Newark, Nottingham and Melton Mowbray and is ideally placed for a day out exploring Belvoir Castle or Holme Pierrepont Country Park (a major water sport centre). The property backs onto the Grantham Canal providing excellent walks and a cycle route. A secure garage is offered for bicycles.

Sleepover with Miniature horse Basil

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.
