The Desert Willow House: An A+ Accommodation!

This cute home boasts a very peaceful and classy vibe. It is located in the heart of town on a quiet street. The master bedroom, with a queen bed, has its own Roku TV and its own full bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a TV with a Roku. Bedroom 3 has a double bed. The couch has a queen sized memory foam mattress that can be pulled out and made into a bed. This house just invites you to rest and enjoy your time in style as you slow down in our cute little west Texas town of Ballinger!!

The Canary House -a Renovated Historic Hidden Gem!

Kick back and relax in this calm, just-remodeled space under the oak trees in historic Buffalo Gap. The master bedroom was a 1-room schoolhouse from the 1890's to 1914, where "Miss Sallie" Young taught (after she retired from 54 years in Texas public schools). After many additions and updates, it's now a quiet part of a Church Camp property (which you're welcome to explore). Perini Ranch Restaurant is nearby, as well as several other great places to eat - not to mention Abilene is 8 miles away.

Located in the heart of San Angelo, this property is a short walk from a city park, perfect for picnics, walks, and enjoying the outdoors. You'll also be just minutes away from all the wonderful restaurants, bars, and shops in downtown San Angelo, as well Angelo State University. If you're in town for medical reasons, you'll appreciate the close proximity to Shannon Hospital. If you're in the military, you'll love the convenience of being just a 10-minute drive from Goodfellow Air Force Base.

Quiet and peaceful setting overlooking Elm Valley just 9 min from Buffalo Gap. This place is right in downtown Eden. You can sit on the front porch and see the beautiful town gazebo. Or enjoy the backyard area which has a privacy fence. The house has an extremely unique set up & furnished with antiques. Entire cottage to yourself. Very unique space in a quiet town, house is located on a very busy hiway (close to an intersection). Unfortunately, there is major road construction currently on the highway in front of the house. There is a back entrance to the house.

The stone and shiplap walls have been uncovered and are on full display after being hidden for over 130 yrs. A variety of locally owned boutiques, antique stores, and restaurants are just steps away.
