Hot tub can be turned on for an additional $50/ night (6 hrs). Sleeps up to 10-12 guests comfortably. No parties.

But, we are not a fancy ranch, we are a rural country escape! We do our best with regular pest control, but you may encounter unwanted country intruders like scorpions, spiders, or even an occasional mouse. Please book elsewhere if that’s outside your comfort zone!

Lovely, comfortable guest house in a fabulous location near Round Top, Warrenton, Fayetteville, Smithville, Schulenburg and Flatonia.
