Spread out on a comfy L-shaped sectional sofa in the living room. There’s a neat and tidy aspect to the interior, with its little wall mottos of goodwill, subtle lighting and rustic full kitchen. Find yourself just minutes from North Point Mall with its dine-in movie theater and less than a mile from the Big Creek Greenway. The Ameris Amphitheater is just 7 minutes away. Downtown Alpharetta and the Avalon are each 10 minutes away. Set on a private lot surrounded by trees, the apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts' residence sits away from the road, which adds privacy and seclusion to the address. It's under 2 miles to North Point Mall and beyond. Property is not located near public transportation. Once you locate our driveway, proceed down the driveway hill and park in front of the garage next to the stairs. The garage door is an ultra quiet model and we only ever access it from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.

1940's era-2 story cottage. This downstairs unit was renovated in early 2019 & offers a full apt w/ bed, bath, full kitchen, sitting room w/ TV, washer, dryer & private courtyard. The guest suite is located on the lower level of our home and has a private entrance with a smart lock for a fully contactless check-in experience. Located in the Historic Roswell Mill neighborhood. House backs up to an overlooks Big Creek and the covered bridge over the creek. Walking distance to Roswell square as well as Canton street. Full kitchen, Washer and dryer, Queen sized bed, pull out sofa in the living room. Sit outside and enjoy the sounds of the rushing water or take a hike on the trails directly behind the property. There is a basement unit with its own private entrance. Each unit is separate and there are no shared spaces

We travelled the world and have brought home all the “lessons learned” from having the ultimate “home away from home” experience during our stays. Two super comfortable queen-sized beds, upscale linens & towels, a fully stocked kitchen and designer décor. We are always refreshing our place so it’s 5 stars for every guest. The carriage house is completely private & just a 7 min. walk to shenanigans in downtown Roswell.

This new garden basement apartment has full sized stocked kitchen, large double vanity bathroom, fully stocked game room/billiard room, and separate private office. 10 foot ceilings throughout unit and it opens to shared backyard gardens & private patio. King size bed. Your own private driveway & entrance. While not 100% soundproof from, both upstairs and downstairs have quiet time between 10 pm and 7 am. No parties allowed.
