It is perfectly situated on the southeast side of Houghton Lake, providing seclusion with a natural spring running directly behind the property and access to 170 feet of lakefront for year-round activities.

This 3 bedroom makes it ideal for families to come and spread out after a long day on the water or a cold day on the trails.
