Melissa, thank you for your review of 5 stars and your feedback. Generally I just say thank you and move along, however, I do not believe your review is accurate. You nor any other member of your party NEVER reported any AC that is not working to me, and I was always available. I sent the tech there to fix a refrigerator issue and that was done immediately. My towel policy is simple. IF you destroy, remove or use it for anything other than drying your body after a shower etc. You are required to pay for it to be replaced. As a host, I take the towel provision seriously...I strongly believe that my guests must feel confortable using the towels provided so they MUST be treated with respect to ofder them within and above standard.
When your friends say I had an attitude...I am not sure what that means as we had good communication each time in my opinion. On that note, if I offended anyone my sincerest apologies... (really taken aback about this feedback). I find it odd that you claim that we had an excellent communication going yet still you at no point reported "these issues" to me. I promise you I would have addressed them. Next time please, please give me a chance to rectify any issue if you do book again. I will send you a message in the app to get feedback from you on what those issues are/were as you are right, I would love to fix these before my next set of guests arrives.
