Thank you for visiting my listing. This is a house for those who like staying in Japanese style with tatami, feeling comfortable during your stay. It is located near Kyoto Station so you can access every famous location easily and quickly.

There are three main bedrooms for you. Each of them are floored in the Japanese traditional tatami mats. You will see the beautiful sunset on a sunny day from the west bedroom and the shiny sunrise from the east bedroom. There are enough super comfy sets of futon, which is "traditional Japanese bedding consisting of padded mattresses and quilts pliable enough to be folded and stored away during the day" as Wikipedia says. With extra futons, a total of 8 people (or as many as you can fit in!) can stay in the same house.
Of course there are plenty of space to store your luggage and hang your clothes.
===== THE APARTMENT =====
52 square meters total.
It is a private house, not a hostel or share house. You will be the only guests here during your stay. Feel free to use everything as you like. Kitchen, washers, fridge, toilet... it's all yours!
The house has:

= and of course, lovely, soft towels!
The kitchen and tatami area also fully equipped with modern appliances.
Check in and check out are Normally I can make them flexible for you, but I would ask you to be punctual during the high seasons of the sakura and the autumn colors.
You can leave your bags in the house before check in and after check out but please be sure to lock the door. You will have you own key, so you can to come and go as you please.

A. Yes, the area where house is situated is very safe. It is an up-market neighborhood, and single women often walk around to and from their apartments, workplaces and the station.
This house is 50m from the main road, and only a seven minute walk from the train station.
I think you will find staying in this house in Kyoto to be convenient, relaxing and safe.
Q. Will there be other guests share the accommodation at a time?
A. During your stay you will be the only guest staying in this house. It is private and you will have your own key, so you can come and go as you please.
