I have reported your incident to the building maintenance and they too have not got any complaint on the swimming pool before. The pool is being used regularly and it is cleaned on a daily basis and the chlorine level is regularly measured and filled when required.
It is too bad to learn that you have found no pleasure staying in Bang Saen nor in my apartment. If you are fond of tourists place like Pattaya, of course Bang Saen has nothing to compare. On the contrary people, including many foreigners comes to Bang Saen to appreciate the more local atmosphere. I have no idea you didn’t know this before deciding to come here.
As a host I have tried my best to accommodate all my guests and hope they enjoy their stay in my apartment as much as I do. I hope you remember that I allowed you for early check in upon your request too. We have communicated before and on the very first days of your stay, including the DVD player that is broken so I need to take it to fix I’m quite surprised to get such a lots of complaints in the review. As for the noise I believe it is from the water pump, not air conditioner. The air con is new and I don’t find much noice at all when I stay there. The water pump is plugged in system which you can unplugged it at night. I have mentioned in the note to guests on the table. Above all you should know that you can contact me if there is any problems in the apartment so I could have helped to explain or sent someone from the building up to see through it. I have not heard much from you during your stay and assume that everything is alright, like most of my guests. I’m really surprised with your review.
