This condo is in a superb location in which to have a great vacation.

This well appointed 2 bed and 1.5 bath apartment also offers covered parking and security fob access. Two double beds, the apartment sleeps 4 comfortably (but we can accommodate up to 6 - double air mattress supplied).

We also supply you with a cellphone with complimentary funds for your local calls.
Seven Mile Beach is just across the road with quick and easy access, as well as a small shopping mall within a one minute walk to supply your shopping needs (spa, fitness centre, supermarket, restaurants, clothing, coffee shop and more). Night-life activities are also within easy walk.

Exclusive to our clients are discounts at Touch of Thai Day Spa and Salon (located within Park Place Plaza itself) and one of the best restaurants on the island - Thai Orchid Restaurant and Sushi Bar.

Georgetown itself, and Camana Bay are but a short drive away and public transport/taxis run frequently past the end of the plaza.

All in all, the location is well suited for families on holiday or for business people needing a central location.

The walls are decorated with paintings by a well known local artist (Suladda) who's work has been purchased by many of the islands residents. She has also created murals in several of the established restaurants around Grand Cayman.

The airport is a short drive away, around 8 minutes.

Beach towels and beach chairs, cooler and umbrella are provided also.

You have access to the full apartment. Two bedrooms on the upper floor and on the main floor - open plan kitchen/dining/living room.

The neighborhood has a great balance of seclusion and activity. A quiet cul de sac means little traffic, yet still close to public transportation and the main access roads.
World famous Seven Mile Beach is just across the road, and all the water activities that comes with it.
Spa services within the complex as well as a fitness centre, with a supermarket 2 minutes walk away along with restaurants, coffee shops, banks and many other stores.

Lots of public transportation pass by on the main road at the end of the complex. The road is rarely busy (outside the short rush hours around the working day).

Private parking in a covered area below the apartments means you stay dry to and fro.
Discounts available from Touch of Thai Salon and Day Spa, Thai Orchid Restaurant and Sushi Bar, free dance lessons, discounted car rentals can be arranged.

For vacations over the Xmas/New Year, to maximise our occupancy during the peak season we prefer bookings that cover one week incorporating Xmas and a second week incorporating New Year. Xmas up to 29th Dec, New Year from 27th Dec onwards.

For the owners legal purposes it should be noted that the cost of the apartment is based on a non-inclusive basis. That is, the limitations of the listing site prevent the breakdown of the overall cost in a non-inclusive manner as intended by the owner.
Nothing else to pay on the above quote however. This is just clarification for the tax purposes.
The presented rate should properly be broken down into the following categories: -
Nightly rental rate - seasonal
Utilities/operating costs and resort fee ($48pn)
General maintenance daily/short term (10%)
Listing site service charge to owner (3%)
Property management service charge (20%)
Statutory Government Tax on nightly rental (13%)
There is also the service charge as applied by the listing site

We offer respect and we like it when respect is returned. If we can help in any way, ask and we shall do our best for you.
No pets, no smoking (extra cleaning charges would be made). A couple of extra guests for entertaining are fine, but the house limit is 8 people (no extra guests over night).
For parties - we assess each request on it's merits. Possibly we would require an extra security deposit.

Amazing from start to finish. Grahman was hilarious. Definitely the best host and check in I’ve ever received in my life lol. The location was perfect. You legit walk across the street to Seven Mile Beach. They provide everything you can possibly need for the beach. It’s also close to some great restaurants and clubs. The hospitality I received was EXCELLENT! We were even provided with a free cellphone to use!

I am so happy that I chose this home. Graham was such a great host in every way. The check in was seamless and Graham was a wealth of knowledge. The home was just as it was in the picture and in a central location on the island. I would book Suladda's home again in a heart beat.

This apartment was perfect for out 5 person vacation. The location was perfect! The beach it offered was the most beautiful on the entire island. It was so close to bars, food, and nightlife. Graham was incredible. Full of so much information about where to eat, drink, and how to get the biggest bang for our buck. The apartment was perfect! The AC was cranking lol it was very nice to cool down inside after being in the sun all day. The bathrooms were very clean as well as the kittens. When we go back to grand cayman this is where we will stay. I would recommend the apartment to anyone thinking of going to the island! Thanks again!!

I loved my stay here. I rented a car because I wanted to travel around the island, but it isn't necessary. The location was great. It was a very short walk to the beach. There was a grocery store that was only a 2-3 minute walk, and there were dozens of restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing time at this condo! A quick walk to the beach, grocery store, shops, etc. We also had a rental car and were able to easily park it in the shade behind the building every day. We were provided with a local cell phone which was great for calling tour companies, like stingray city, and making restaurant reservations. They were so kind as to also let us use their underwater camera when our GoPro accidentally went for a swim without the case on. We would definitely come back and stay at this condo!

I love to cook and was a professional pastry chef for a top chef. I also love to paint and I am fortunate that my paintings have decorated many a home on the islands. Several restaurants and business also sport my frescoes all across their walls. I have many other passions in my life and providing top service is one of them.
