The house is VERY tech friendly. Hue bulbs in every room (mixed with non-Hue specialty lighting). Electric outlets almost everywhere (including inside the nightstands beside your beds...very convenient). 48" HD TVs in both bedrooms with Roku, Amazon Fire Stick, Apple TV, Netflix, G00gle Play, Amazon Prime, etc. (You'll even find a touch of nostalgic tech including an old Playstation 2 and a Nintendo GameCube.)
Entire unit. Shared front yard and side yard. There is a tall gate around the property with two locked entryways. There are 2 small steps leading up to the front door.

--Pets and animals are not allowed in the house.
--The home is not appropriate for commercial use of any kind (conducting any form of business). The space is appropriate for lodging only.
--Please be sure to return the parking pass to the dining table before checkout. (A $100 fee covering replacement cost and time will apply if not followed.)
--Sleeping on the couch is NOT permitted. The space is appropriate for couples or families comfortable staying in a 2-bedroom apartment (2 queen beds in separate bedrooms). A minimum incremental fee of $100 will apply to cover couch cleaning fees for guests who use the couch as a bed.
--Please be courteous with sound and loud noises (this is a duplex and there is a second unit). No loud noises after 9PM!
