Up to 200Mb download speeds and decent upload....enough to support many simultaneous HD streaming content sources), laundry room with washer/dryer. Both bedrooms sleep 2 comfortably on queen beds, one with a walk-in, cedar-lined closet. (NOTE: Sleeping on couch is NOT permitted.) About 1100 square feet living space total. Historic, tree-shaded street in easy walking distance to the best of Sacramento. Shared side patio with lounge area surrounded by Japanese Maple shade trees and flower garden. The listing is located just 4 blocks away from the popular wedding and events venue, "Vizcaya". Easy, short walk to Co-op Organic Market & Safeway; I-80/50 access.

The house is VERY tech friendly. Hue bulbs in every room (mixed with non-Hue specialty lighting). Electric outlets almost everywhere (including inside the nightstands beside your beds...very convenient). 48" HD TVs in both bedrooms with Roku, Amazon Fire Stick, Apple TV, Netflix, G00gle Play, Amazon Prime, etc. (You'll even find a touch of nostalgic tech including an old Playstation 2 and a Nintendo GameCube.)

--Please be courteous with sound and loud noises (this is a duplex and there is a second unit). No loud noises after 9PM.

Great place to stay! Jacob and Sean are truly top tier hosts and I stay in their Air Bnb everytime I visit Sacramento. Jacob was very responsive and the place was uber stylish and comfortable.

I highly recommend this property. I have stayed there 3 times now and each time I have the same awesome experience with Jacob and Shawn. If you are looking for a cozy home-away-from-home, this is a great option.

Jacob and Sean were great hosts. Sean met us and took us through every detail we needed to know about the house. It was a beautifully appointed place with lots of amenities, including local coffee, tons of books, water, beer, snacks, super fast WiFi, and yes, even chocolates on the pillows! Great stay!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was just the right size and very nicely done! The kitchen was well appointed and we appreciated the Temple coffee! We checked in the day before Thanksgiving and I wanted to share the our hosts were helping the cleaning crew with the upstairs property, so they could be on their way to their families! Very nice!

Great location, very stylish and well-appponted place. We felt safe and secure, and were very comfortable. Sean was very friendly and added many, many personal touches with guides to locations, history & science books, movies & video games, awesome French coffee press, etc. We had a great stay!

Great place to stay! Super clean and comfortable. Loved the decor. We had everything we needed. All of the extra little details were great: ground coffee from temple (although we didn't end up using it), bottle of wine, water bottles on each side of the bed, travel sized hygiene products, Apple TV, etc. We would definitely stay again. Our hosts were also communicative.
