This is the 1st of a multi-family house with a private front porch. You will be just steps to the beautiful FREE Wildwood beach and the 2 1/2 mile long boardwalk. This is the 300 block of E. Magnolia Avenue, 1/2 a block to the beach, and in between the two largest Morey's ride piers, and walking distance to shopping and dining and attractions. 4 BR, 2 BA, sleeps 8 to 10.
There is a parking pass included for free street parking. WE RENT TO FAMILIES OR EXTREMELY MATURE ADULTS 30+ ONLY.

The fact that there is just one parking pass to use to park at any metered street spot on this block is explained in this ad. A "family" does not normally have more than one vehicle. When you are renting for a "group", you would factor this into your rental decision or into your travel plans and consolidate before you leave home, especially with a holiday weekend rental. Also explained in the ad - you will bring your own sheets for the beds, bath and beach towels, and paper products. You will bring your kitchen supplies, such as trash bags, laundry detergent, a kitchen sponge or dish cloth, etc. This is also detailed in the rental lease and I make a point to message my renters two more times after they receive the lease to be sure that they remember to pack or rent linens and towels. This is a private home rental. It is not a motel. This is how we rent in the state of NJ due to tax implications. You need to bring these things or plan to rent them from one of several agencies on our island. We are not sure why you were unable to log into your Comcast signal, but you were given several others to use to avoid any delays and to minimize the need to intrude on your vacation time. When you reported the sugar ants, we assumed that you wanted an exterminator. Yes, the exterminator could have easily been pushed off for 48 hours if you did not want that intrusion either. Great location. Very easy to check-in and get the keys. The a/c window units kept the entire place cool. Dishes, pots/pans, coffee maker were all present in the unit.

The place was close to the boardwalk which was great for walking to the beach. We parked a couple blocks away and left our cars there for the entire stay. Diane was easy to communicate with and was quick to respond to any questions.

Check in time is 3-5 p.m. and this has been corrected in the Airbnb listing. (You can arrive after these hours with a lock box too, but this must be arranged in advance.) The security deposit is not "undisclosed". However, it is not actually collected through Airbnb, but is more of a hold on the card, or a warning that it could be charged. My first Airbnb-er told me that she liked to see this security deposit amount on her lease. Erin had a different opinion - did not want to see it, and was confused by it. I am going to remove it from the Don Martin Realty rental paperwork in the future, taking Erin's criticism of this into account. I don't want to confuse anyone with it and that is what happened here. The office staff has been reprimanded for the handling of this check in. Although the Don Martin Realty office is responsible for moving renters in and out, I am available too. Vacation rental office hours should not be set in stone and servicing the customer must be first and foremost. I will make sure to let all tenants know that if my office can't help or can't be reached, that I am always here to help as well. Thank you again Erin for all your helpful advice!
