This well appointed 3 bed and 2.5 bath apartment also offers covered parking and security fob access. A king-sized bed along with two double beds, the apartment sleeps 6 easily, along with a sectional sofa that can be rearranged as temporary beds (or a double air mattress can be supplied on request - when available).
We also supply you with a cellphone with complimentary $5 for your local calls.
Seven Mile Beach is just across the road with quick and easy access, as well as a small shopping mall within a one minute walk to supply your shopping needs (spa, fitness centre, supermarket, restaurants, clothing, coffee shop and more). Night-life activities are also within easy walk.
Exclusive to our clients are discounts at Touch of Thai Day Spa and Salon (20%), located within Park Place Plaza itself and one of the best restaurants on the island - Thai Orchid Restaurant and Sushi Bar (10% eat in).
Georgetown itself, and Camana Bay are but a short drive away and public transport/taxis run frequently past the end of the plaza.
All in all, the location is well suited for families on holiday or for business people needing a central location.
The walls are decorated with paintings by a well known local artist (Suladda) who's work has been purchased by many of the islands residents. She has also created murals in several of the established restaurants around Grand Cayman.
The airport is a short drive away, around 8 minutes.
Beach towels and beach chairs, cooler and umbrella are provided also.
For vacations over the Xmas/New Year, to maximise our occupancy during the peak season we prefer bookings that cover one week incorporating Xmas and a second week incorporating New Year. Xmas up to 29th Dec, New Year from 27th Dec onwards.
You have access to the full apartment. With the master bedroom on it's own floor (below the living area) and two other bedrooms above the living area, great for privacy. The central location means you have ease of access to all the amenities that the island has to offer. Supermarket 2 minutes walk away, restaurants galore (fast food to fine dining) as well as night life. Plus the nearby Seven Mile Beach. Public transportation readily available at the end of the complex, yet the cul de sac ensures a quiet peaceful neighourhood.

Your enjoyment is what we strive to offer. We work within Park Place Plaza and are always close by - it is a small island after all, everywhere is nearby.
We try to provide everything that you need to make your holiday a success. We can see you at key drop-off and pick-up, or we can occupy you with spa/salon services (Touch of Thai), fine dining (Thai Orchid) and even offer a photo tour of the island (photographers see things differently) as well as free dance lessons (depends on availability for dance and photo stuff).

Private parking in a covered area below the apartments means you stay dry to and fro.

For the owners legal purposes it should be noted that the cost of the apartment is based on a non-inclusive basis. That is, the limitations of the listing site prevent the breakdown of the overall cost in a non-inclusive manner as intended by the owner.
Nothing else to pay on the above quote however. This is just clarification for the tax purposes.
The presented rate should properly be broken down into the following categories: -
Nightly rental rate - seasonal
Utilities/operating costs and resort fee ($68 pn)
General maintenance daily/short term, (10%)
Listing site service charge to owner (3%)
Property management service charge (20%)
Statutory Government Tax on nightly rental (13%)

No pets, no smoking (extra cleaning charges would be made). A couple of extra guests for entertaining are fine, but the house limit is 10 people (no extra guests over night).
