Our three bedroom, two storey townhouse is modern, comfortable and spacious suitable for up to 5 guests. Access is to the whole house.
Downstairs, there is a fully equipped kitchen, separate dining and lounge areas, a laundry and powder room.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen size beds and 1 with a single. Ample cupboard and hanging space is available in all rooms. There is a second living room and a central bathroom, with shower.
Central heating keeps the house warm in winter and the air conditioning cool during the hot summer months.
There is an outside area that has a table and chairs, and is shaded by a large sail for those hot days.
Parking is available for 1 car onsite.

The Neighbourhood
We are in the heart of Alphington, surrounded by parklands, bike trails, public transport and eating places, all within walking.
Coate Park, which backs onto the Yarra River, is 50 metres away, public transport includes trains and buses and access to many cafes and Fairfield Station St shops are a 15 minute walk.
The Royal Talbot rehabilitation centre is only a 10 minute walk across the Chandler Hwy bridge.

Getting Around
The train stations of Alphington and Fairfield are both 15 minute walks, that access directly to the CBD, with access to the MCG, AAMI Park and the Tennis Precinct. The is also bus access, 100 metres away, that travels to Melbourne University and The Queen Victoria Markets.
For those driving, we are 10 minutes from the CBD and 2 minutes access to the major Eastern Freeway, direct access to the Mornington Peninsula.
