Book my condo & you will be treated like a FRIEND. I know Mammoth like no other and I love to share this knowledge with others. When LQQKING at other units, check their ACTUAL distance to the lifts; many state they are "close" - HOW CLOSE??

Parking: 1 space in underground parking right below the condo, GREAT when Mammoth DUMPS SNOW, max vehicle height is 6'8" & parking will be outside for taller vehicles.
Thank you very much for your interest in my beautiful home away from home. I am lucky enough to own 2 Mammoth condos (both in the same building; other condo is 2-bed/2-bath). If owning TWO Mammoth condos does not show I am CRAZY about Mammoth - then NOTHING will! In addition to a fantastic location here are some other reasons to stay in my "home away from home."
Mammoth has a lots of LE$$ expensive places to stay than my condo BUT if you want great VALUE for your hard-earned $$$ - then this is the place for you. I know your vacation time is limited, so I humbly suggest staying RIGHT ON THE SLOPES which will save you LOTS OF TIME. My family uses this condo often so it is set up as our VACATION home - not set up as a RENTAL. We enjoy sharing our "home away from home" with people that will treat it as their own.
In Winter, Mammoth truly is a Winter Wonderland! If you stay in my "Home Away From Home" - you really will be SPOILED because this FANTASTIC LOCATION can't be beat!
In addition to being RIGHT ON THE SLOPES, there is one more GREAT thing about this location. Mammoth has 3 Lodges to ski from. ONLY Canyon Lodge (the one near my condo) has a FREE GONDOLA that runs every day to and from The Village (restaurants, bars & shopping - 30 total). This FREE GONDOLA is about 225 YARDS from my condo!!
My condo is ONLY 120 yards away from the nearest lift & ONLY 210 yards from Canyon Lodge. This is a FULL-SERVICE lodge with EVERYTHING you need. The Lodge has 4 lifts, 2 rope tows, Ski-School, Rentals, Restaurants, Bars and Shops.
While others are driving or taking shuttle buses to the Slopes or Village - you will be just STEPS away from both.
I can help you make the most with your valuable vacation time by customizing sightseeing tips & outdoor activities based on your interests & abilities. There is a LOT more to Mammoth in the Winter than skiing or boarding.
If you have NEVER (or rarely) been to Mammoth, you will have the next best thing - you will have ME. Once you book my condo, I work for YOU & you will be treated as a friend. I have all kinds of TIPS, TRICKS & INSIDER SECRETS for you.
Condo Complex has 2 HUGE outdoor HOT-TUBS, a Rec Room with a pool table and sauna.
You can walk or take a FREE SHUTTLE or FREE GONDOLA to get to everything that you need inc, dinning, shopping and bars. I get some guests that stay in my condo WITHOUT a car - yes that is possible.
There is no elevator and there are 1 or 2 flights of stairs to get to my condo.

5. Mammoth has FREE shuttle buses and a stop is right next to my condo.
Everything! This is my Vacation Condo and we do NOT live in Mammoth; we live in Los Angeles, California (300 miles from Mammoth).
Heated pool in Summer ONLY, 2 huge outdoor hot tubs (year-round), REC ROOM with pool table, big TV, fireplace, kitchenette, sauna and outdoor gas BBQs. Please note that the Rec Room is a common area (shared) space. It is NOT inside of my condo. I had one guest that thought the REC ROOM was my own private space & was inside of my condo.

**IMPORTANT NOTE about Canyon Lodge (the lodge next to my condo)
Canyon Lodge does NOT have an opening date scheduled yet. It usually opens in Early to Mid-December and closes in Mid-April. YOU CAN ONLY SKI DIRECTLY FROM MY CONDO WHEN CANYON LODGE IS OPEN.
Mother Nature will determine when this lodge opens.
When Canyon Lodge is closed, you can drive or take a FREE shuttle to the slopes. The distance will be about 2.9 to 4.9 miles from my condo (depending upon which lifts ate running).
The balcony is SMALL & the view is just "so-so" (see pics).
The Beautiful town of Mammoth Lakes has a Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) of 14%.
TOT # is 7761
RULE #1 - NO PETS. If it is determined that, during your stay, you have brought a pet the condo you may be charged a $300.00 fee and you will be required to vacate the premises IMMEDIATELY.
This truly is our "home away from home" and we love sharing with others that will treat it as their own.
My vacation home is condo which is part of a homeowners association (HOA). It is EXTREMELY important that I remain a "member in good standing" with my HOA, especially since I live about 300 miles away from my property. ALL GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO GO OVER THE CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS WITH ME OVER THE PHONE - BEFORE THEIR ARRIVAL DATE. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR RESPECTING THIS REQUIREMENT.
Condo sleeps 4 max including children, babies, infants & newborns. Must be over 25 to rent condo.
The condo is supplied with all linens before check-in. There is no daily maid service. Maid service can be added for an additional fee.
RULE #1 - No pets are allowed in rental units. RULE #2 - No smoking in condo, in hallways, on balcony, in Rec Room, in garage, near entrances to buildings. RULE #3 - No Loud Parties. If you want a LOUD PARTY PLACE, please keep on LQQKING for another condo.
After you reserve my condo, I will send you the COMPLETE and SUPEP-DUPER EASY check-in/out instructions via email. We MUST go over these instructions on the phone before your ARRIVAL.
Check-in is 4 p.m. or anytime later (I do mean anytime, many guests arrive after midnight). Your keys will be in a lock-box RIGHT at the front door to the condo. This makes it EXTREMELY convenient to check in/out. Many other rentals require you to go off-site to pick up & return keys.
Check-out is by 10 a.m. PLEASE respect the check-out time. Sometimes new guests are arriving after you check out so the cleaning company needs to get the condo ready right away.
Before check-out please place the dishes in the dishwasher with soap and turn it on. Please place the keys back into the lock-box upon departure and please TEXT ME UPON CHECK-OUT.

We are lucky enough to own not one but TWO condos in one of the most amazing locations in our Great County - the Beautiful High Sierras. Both condos are in the same FANTASTIC complex. To state that we totally LOVE Mammoth would be a HUGE understatement. Getting to share our home away from home with family, friends and guests is a pretty amazing feeling.

My wife & I make a great team. She can cook like Rachel Ray, bake like Betty Crocker and decorate like Joanna Gains. She takes care of the inside of the condo and I take care of the guests - YOU.
We try to be "green" as practically possible. In Mammoth we use a non-fragrant soap for laundry. Whenever we replace furniture at the condo - we usually donate the old furniture to the Cast Off in Mammoth. I rarely send anything to the dump.
"I see trees of green, red roses too. I see them bloom for me & you....I see skies of blue & clouds of white. The bright blessed day, the dark sacred night. And I think to myself WHAT A WONDERFUL WORLD
