Located on a ground floor - so very accessible - this apartment is equipped with 2 bedrooms with full closets, two full bathrooms (one en-suite, and one just off the living room), and plenty of living and dining space with a modern and updated kitchen. You also have a dedicated garage space, and the elevator will bring you right to the front door of the house.
You are reserving the entire apartment, so you'll have access to all the amenities of the house - kitchen, bathrooms, private rooms, etc. There is fiber-optic WiFi in the house, as well as a brand-new smart TV, and just outside the apartment you'll find TWO swimming pools with a beautiful waterfall, so there's no shortage of entertainment.

You'll meet with a member of Hays Holidays staff for your arrival - and we'll be available throughout your stay for any questions - but you'll have the place to yourself during the duration of your stay.

By reserving with us you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
Check-in hours are from 15:00 to 22:00. If you will need to check in after 22:00 or before 15:00, we are unfortunately not the hosts for you. Also, as a condition of reserving with us it is required that you provide us with your arrival time at least 24hrs in advance. If you are unable to provide this information then we are, again, unfortunately not the host for you - if you do not inform us of your arrival time at least 24hrs in advance, we may be forced to cancel your reservation.
Any arrivals after 22:00 will incur a €25 surcharge due immediately upon arrival.
-Please be mindful of the lights and air-conditioning when leaving your apartment.
-Drug use is strictly prohibited throughout the entire premises: violations will be reported directly to the police.
-Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment at all times - any violations will be subject to a minimum €100 charge. However, smokers may use the terrace.
-No unreserved guests are allowed in the home, and all guests over 16 years of age must present a valid DNI or Passport upon check-in.
Please be mindful of common areas, as well as our neighbors. It is very important to remember that, in order to maintain good relations with our neighbors, we ask that you please not interfere with or bother others in the building.
