Our house is in the middle of the best suburbs in Melbourne. Centrally located in St Kilda East, it is tucked away in a serene cul-de-sac yet is still walking distance to public transport and main roads that make for easy access to the CBD, Chapel Street, Carlisle Street and Acland Street.
The house is approximately 346m2 and is perfect for families or business travelers looking for extended stays. The amenities available and our location would also suit tourists looking to explore Melbourne.
Our home was built in the 1950s and is defined by comfort and practicality. It is North-facing and covered in wall-sized windows that keep it bright from sunrise to sunset. The house is surrounded by lush garden and greenery that can be seen from nearly every room in the house, which compliments the tranquil ambiance created through its cul-de-sac location.
The living room is an ideal location for reading, lounging around or entertaining guests. A dining room table, TV and SONOS speaker (available on request) will keep you entertained, and you will also have access to our extensive library, but please do not take anything with you when you leave!
The main bedroom comes with a queen bed, ceiling fan, twin built-in robes, an ensuite and a beautiful view of the front-garden. Our recently purchased sheets and towels will keep you comfortable in what we think is a very cosy place to recharge.
The second bedroom comes with a queen bed, ceiling fan and built-in robe. It is situated directly opposite the second bathroom which makes for very easy access.
The second bathroom has the addition of a spa bath for your enjoyment, and like the ensuite, comes with ample storage.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with Bosch appliances and everything you need to create a fine-dining at home experience. A toaster, kettle, dishwasher, basic cooking ingredients, cooking utensils and a table and chairs for quick and easy eating will all help make cooking at home a breeze.
The back garden has an outdoor table and chairs that are perfect for al fresco meals and entertaining guests. A WeberQ barbecue is located close by for your convenience.
A laundry connects to the kitchen that is equipped with a washer/dryer and easy access to outside where you'll find a wall mounted washing line.
Our house has high-speed WiFi cable internet with unlimited download capability, and ducted gas-powered heating plus a wall mounted air conditioning unit that will ensure year-round comfort.

If some of the dates you want aren't available, please get in touch because sometimes the dates are blocked out because we are interstate, but in fact the house could still be available for you. We are also happy to negotiate discounts for long-term stays (i.e. over 1 month), so please get in touch prior to making your booking so that we can discuss.
