This shabby chic haven is centrally situated in the harbour village of Felinheli, halfway between historic Caernarfon with its castle and the University city of Bangor. It is an ideal location to explore the delights of North Wales.
The flat is a conversion of the upper floors of a spacious Victorian town house. There are 2 airy double bedrooms and a single room. There's a large bright kitchen looking out onto leafy gardens at the rear of the property. There is a large dining table and the kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom is modern and clean, the bath is an antique enamelled. The carpets in the bedrooms and stairs are not new but clean.
The flat is accessed via a fire escape type staircase and there are stairs within the flat. It is not wheelchair accessible and might not be suitable for disabled guests. Children MUST be supervised at all times.

I plan to leave my guests on their own with contact with myself and my co host. and there is a care taker next house if I am not available should any problem arise.

There is parking space in the courtyard adjacent to the flat, where 1-2 cars can park. The flat is part of a complex of conversions and the other residents use the court yard too. There is a sign stating permit holders but you do not have to worry, its to deter people from outside.
Please can guests remove any stiletto type shoe so the dark laminate flooring is not damaged. Thank you
