A lovely 15 min walk from Princes Street, the spacious living room has a sofa and a futon capable of sleeping up to 3 people. It is a beautiful Grade A listed historical building in the most desirable part of Edinburgh!
You will be able to access all aspects of the Edinburgh Festival without ever needing to hop on a bus. Plus, short one minute walk takes you to an award-winning park. There are also a multitude of fantastic cafes, bars and restaurants within short walks of the flat.
A 15yo shih tzu and two sweet cats live in the flat and love cuddles in the evening to help you wind down after a busy day adventuring!
A small study in the flat has a book for everyone if you're in need of some relaxation time.
Bed linens, towels, wi-fi, tea/coffee/biscuits (in large kitchen, diner) provided in the flat.
Guests will have access to a spacious living room for sleeping quarters, a full bathroom (with shower over bath) and an equally large separate kitchen/diner where tea and coffee will be provided. There is also unlimited wi-fi in the flat and bed linens and towels will be provided.

A professional couple (late 20's) live in the flat and will be on the premise when guests are in.
We will be happy to help with plans and suggestions for eating out or exploring the city.

You will not be given your own set of keys but will be able to access the flat any time by contacting us.
Guests must be ok with and kind to house pets.
Please respect our working neighbours (especially during evening hours).
No visitors other than those guests paying to stay at the flat.
No smoking on the premises (There is a park and multiple rubbish bins within a 1 min walk of the flat for this purpose).
If guests use the kitchen, guests should clean dishes and tidy the area immediately afterward.
Guests are welcome to make use of our library/study but please do not remove any books without express permission and please return them before the end of your stay (we love our books maybe a little too much!).
My husband and I are young professionals in Edinburgh, UK. I moved to Scotland from America almost 9 years ago and met my husband while at uni. We are quite outgoing and will usually try. anything at least once. We love our wee fur babies and travelling and prefer to meet new people whenever possible!
