Ready for a fun stay in sunny San Diego?! I have a large one bedroom apartment in the center of everything waiting for you! This apartment comfortably fits one to two guests, but it could hold up to 3 if needed (I have a futon in the living room). With its zen ocean theme/decor, you will feel like you're in a surfer's paradise within the excitement of a city. You will have full access to the back courtyard, laundry room, and front balcony (perfect for relaxing during a sunny day). Kitchen supplies, extra bedding, surfboard & yoga mat are all available for use. Hope to have you over soon!
The space is like a zen surfer's paradise within a big city! It is fully equipped with bedding, towels, kitchen supplies, and more. There's a large kitchen (with the kitchen table for you to enjoy your meals), a bathroom with a tub, common area (with futon sofa, desk, and chair), and a bedroom with a full sized bed, dresser, and small closet. The house is ready! It just needs you in it!
You will have access to everything: The courtyard the balcony, kitchen supplies, the laundry room, and even my surfboard to maximize your fun stay!
You will be free to contact me if you have any questions/concerns. Contact information will become available once you book the room.
This apartment is on the 2nd floor In a quadruplex building located on a quiet street of a fun area of San Diego called Hillcrest near many markets, restaurants and bars (within walking distance). It is also a short 15 minute drive to the beach. On Sundays there is a farmers market right outside my door (with local & delicious produce and artisan food). If you stay during July, you will get a perfect front row seat to the annual San Diego Pride Parade. You will also be within walking distance to many other fun events that occur during the summer! So please pack your bags and come stay a while!
Many restaurants, shops, and grocery stores are within walking distance. There are also buses around town and the trolley station is about 10 minutes away (driving distance). The Best (most convenient) way to get around, however, is Uber and Lyft (and it's really easy to get an account if you don't already have one)
