The villa is in the neighbourhood of Uskumruköy, where the highest population of trees live in Istanbul. A great escape for those who not only spend their whole time in downtown.
Convenient public transport to the center, to the nearest subway and also to Sarıyer by the Bosphorus. 20 mins by car to the Maslak center and the subway.
*Each guest has to present the copy of his/her passport upon arrival. (you can take a photo and email)
* We kindly request special attention to the house and to the belongings as this is a "real" house where our family lives at times that it's not rented. The collection of books, the piano, the wooden furniture and the toys need extra care.
*We request to take off shoes in the house. As the floors are made of oak hardwood, they need delicacy. It has to be cleaned immediately if any liquid is accidentally spilled on the floors.
*No smoking in the house.
* No pets allowed in the house.
*Using the piano is strictly forbidden unless you have had special training in playing piano.
*The telephone line in the house is not to be used.
*No extra visitors are allowed to stay in the house.
* Please keep the level of your music, your TV and your voice low, especially after 9 pm, as this is a completely residential area.
* Please leave the house as tidy and clean as possible. Every piece of furniture has to be left in its original place.
*As this is a private villa in garden, all doors and windows should be closed tight for safety reasons whenever going out.
