Newly renovated Victorian apartment in trendy Leith (30 min walk/ 10 min bus to centre of town) The flat exudes Scandinavian chic with mid-century furniture, high ceilings and sanded floors. Your room has a comfy bed and a fireplace. Underfloor heating and a waterfall shower in the bathroom plus double French doors from the open plan kitchen leading to a south-facing garden creates a retreat in the heart of Edinburgh. Stay, relax and enjoy!
The room looks slightly different to the photos as there is now a double bed :) to be clear, the room is quite small so if you have lots of luggage it might not be the perfect place for you. There is space to hang clothes, a full length mirror and a small table so I hope you will find it cosy for a few nights :)
You are welcome to use the large kitchen/ dining space which has double doors opening out onto the garden. The kitchen is only to be used for making tea/coffee though, no preparing meals :) This quiet, south facing part of the flat is a beautiful space to relax :)
Although the flat is located very centrally just off Leith Walk, it's in a quiet neighbourhood and close to the lovely open park space. It is around 1.5 miles (30 min walk) to Princes Street (centre of town) and there is unrestricted free parking directly outside the flat.
Hair dryer and towels are provided. There is fast wifi and central heating throughout the house.
You can use your bedroom, the bathroom and large kitchen/ dining space. Cooking/preparing meals in the kichen is not permitted but of course you can make tea and coffee :)
