Montra Apartments are available for rental throughout the whole year. They are located in the little town of Kumbor within the UNESCO protected Bay of Kotor and only 4 km away from one of Montenegro's most beautiful old towns, Herceg Novi.
Garden view with patio. Equipped kitchen with refrigerator, free Wifi, free car parking, air-conditioning, hair-dryers provided, TV's with satellite receivers. The apartment is not as bright as our Sea View apartment but it has plenty of terrace space and a garden view. We recommend this apartment for people who have children so they can enjoy playing outside. there is not direct access to the street and would therefore have the freedom of movement. It is also possible to put in a small blow up swimming pool in front for them to enjoy.
We'd like to point out that there is currently a development going on close by of the luxury spa resort "One & Only". Although they cease to do any work during summer due to tourists, there unfortunately isn't any direct access to the beaches below the apartments. The beaches are 8 minutes walking distance in either direction.
Guest will have private access to their apartments via stairs or patios.

There is a local tax to be paid by every tourist, up to 12 hours upon arrival, which comes out to €0.70 per person/per day for adult and €0.35 for children ages 12 - 18 and children up to 12 years do not pay. There is also a one off charge for registering which is €2 per person. Please note the prices change from season to season and is therefore best to enquire prior to arrival or upon immediate arrival of rules and prices.
Cleaning comes at an extra price. You can book up to one cleaning over airbnb for €5. If you wish any extra cleaning we can arrange a cleaner to come and they will charge €7. We will need a 2 day prior notice to arrange one.
•Guests themselves are responsible for personal property and valuables left in the apartments/rooms and the owner is not responsible for the subsequent loss thereof.
•Guests are responsible for their behavior in the house and surrounding area, and in the case of an accident they shall bear the consequences themselves.
•Lock the doors to the apartments when going out, be sure to lock the doors and windows, close sunshades, switch off the lights and all electrical appliances (TV, air-conditioning, stove….) and turn off the taps.
•In exceptional circumstances and in the absence of a guest, the owner of the facility has the right to enter the apartment to prevent the occurrence of possible damage or danger. The owner is obliged to notify the guest about the entry into the apartment/room at the first subsequent contact.
•Destruction of equipment and furniture, causing disorder and disturbing other guests is prohibited, and it is expressly forbidden to make loud noises in the time between 14-16 hr and from 23 to 7 hr.
•The contents of the apartments may only be used by persons who are registered as guests, however the host may, upon the request of a guest, permit possible visits at certain times.
Bringing in weapons, explosive and easily flammable material is not permitted.
•Use of equipment and appliances which are not an integral part of the offer of the apartments/rooms may be used only upon the consent of the host.
•Bringing in of animals is permitted only upon the consent of the host.
•In the event of the disappearance or damage to installations, furniture, appliances, equipment of the apartments/rooms the guest is obliged to notify the host. Insofar as the disappearance or damage occurred due to the fault of the guest, the guest is obliged to compensate the corresponding equivalent value.
•It is forbidden to remove appliances and equipment (towels, covers, etc.) from the apartments/rooms.
•In the event of disregard of the house rules, the host has the right to refuse further providing of services.
•Handover your identity card or passport to the host immediately upon arrival for registration at the Tourist office.
•You may offer your comments, suggestions and compliments to your host.
