1 BR (king w/ high-end mattress) with pull out couch in family room, recently renovated apt, centrally located on 7 mile beach. You can walk to all the 7MB restaurants, Camana Bay area (shopping/restaurants/movies/Gelato), and are literally 20 yards to the white sand. Ground floor, patio, beach BBQ, cozy/modern feel. The kitchen has a beautiful granite counter top and breakfast bar, open concept connecting the family room. Lots of light throughout. Renovated shower, washing machine and dryer.
My condo is licensed by the Department of Tourism - which means it complies and has been inspected by the Department of Tourism (DOT), Department of Environmental Health (DEH) and the Cayman Islands Fire Services (CIFS) - so it's very clean, cozy and safe :) and in the perfect location to view Grand Cayman! The bedroom has a full size king (14 inch memory foam mattress), and the family room has a new couch with pull out sofa. Easy access to the back yard and beach. Large flat screen TV should you need a night to stay in. Great lighting options (under bar, dimmers on most lights, backyard patio lights) if you are looking to relax with a glass of wine. The bathroom has a great rain shower, and the AC units will surely keep you cool. Private parking space if you'd like to rent a car just outside. Seating on the private beach space for the complex, along with a charcoal grill. Plenty of chairs, loungers, 3 stationary umbrellas, and plenty of additional shade - all for the complex. New towels (bath and beach), soaps, essentials, WiFi all provided for you. Dishwasher, washer/dryer as well. Come see Cayman and relax!
You will have access to the private beach area, which is next door to Royal Palms. There's plenty of seating available, along with a few different shade options.

I live approximately 15 minutes away and can be available for anything you may need assistance with. Additionally, I'll provide a list of numbers if you have any emergencies or issues with the unit.

You are next door to Royal Palms beach bar and restaurant. You may hear music until midnight on Friday nights, and sometimes on Wednesday nights. However, the AC unit in the bedroom will drown this out if you're not there enjoying the night :)
Also - I am required to collect 13% occupancy tax. The site doesn't allow for me to do this, so I was required to raise the daily rate by about $25 which will go to the Cayman Tourism Board.
