Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules at all times while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest permits on the property to abide by the following rules at all times while at the property.
Deposit / Refund / Cancellation Policy:
Deposits are non-refundable. 
Damage Policy:
The condo has been thoroughly cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival. If the premises appear dirty or should you find any broken or non working items please notify the manager within 24 hours. If something is accidentally broken during your stay please notify the property manager so the item can be replaced. While things do happen on occasion and are simply a matter of general use, you will be notified of any major items found missing or broken that are identified on your departure and replacement/repair costs will be charged to you. A receipt will, of course, be provided
The rental party shall consist of listed number of guests confirmed on the booking confirmation.
This is a non smoking unit. There is no smoking inside or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted outside on the common areas and by the pools. Please use the outdoor ashtrays provided.
Included Items and Amenities:
The following items are provided; paper towels, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, all linens, towels and beach towels and hair dryers in each bath. If you have specific needs or personal choice amenities you of course should bring them. The property is furnished and includes 3 flatscreen TV’s loaded with channels, a fully equipped upgraded kitchen with Drip Coffee Maker as well as a Keurig single serve Coffee Maker, Washer/Dryer and exclusive high speed internet WiFi.
Housekeeping is provided twice weekly for a 7 night stay. Additional housekeeping may be arranged at additional cost.
While some locations have a surcharge for water and electric we choose to include these services and products. Water and electric are precious and extremely expensive commodities in the Caymans. It is appreciated if you would conserve accordingly by keeping the windows and doors shut when the AC is on, and turn up to 78 when leaving for the day.
This unit is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.

Great place, fantastic location. We stayed with 2 adults and 3 kids and it worked perfectly. Very nice place, incredible beach access, as well as many good places in walking distance from the condo. The second floor location was nice with great views. Highly recommend and will likely look to stay here again.

Cayman Reef is perfectly located on 7 Mile Beach. The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable with beautiful view of the beach from each balcony. We spent 2 weeks here and will definitely come back!

The condo was great, actually better than expected. Its closer to the beach than pictures show. I thought it would be a bit further back. Maid service was great and communication was too. There's lots within walking distance including Camana Bay, a great place for jerk chicken call Peppers, world gym, and a dive shop directly across the street. I recommend renting a car for at least a few days. Andy's Rentals is about a block down and was very cheap for a rental car. Also the bus runs up and down West bay and seven mile all day, you can catch it for $2 per person each way. Would definitely stay again.
