Clean & comfy 3bedroom and 2.5 bathroom unit is located within walking distance to UCLA, great restaurants, art galleries and less than 2 miles from Beverly Hills and four miles to the beach. The unit is quiet, great kitchen and newly remodeled apartment with nice finishes. 3 minute walk 2 all major bus lines.
The unit is located in the back of the complex so it is very quiet. We also make it a point to keep the unit very clean. We don't smoke or have pets which makes it a lot easier to keep it clean. The kitchen and the guest bathroom where the sink and toilet are located are also newly remodeled.
The guest will have access to their room, kitchen, bathroom, living room and washer/dryer.
There is one parking space per bedroom. There is plenty of street parking as well.
The washer requires eight quarters and dryer six quarters for one cycle. Please bring change according to your needs. Both units are your standard size units.
The hallway bathroom is to be shared with the guest in the next room.
Guests don't have access to the master bedroom.

I will be here at the unit most of the time because I work from home out of my room or in the living room a few times a week.
You will have access to my cell phone which I have with me at all times, feel free to give me a call between 9am-10pm

Your room has its own key. Please lock your room when you leave and take the key with you.
The hallway bathroom does lock up. You have to press the lock in and turn it clockwise to lock it. Pull and turn it counterclockwise to unlock it.
Please turn on the faucet in the guest bathroom very slowly as it has a lot of water pressure and it will splatter you.
There is plenty of purify water in the kitchen fridge and glasses in the cabinets to the right of the fridge, please help yourself.
I use the dishwasher to dry dishes only. Please wash your dishes and out them in the dishwasher to dry.
If you are going to cook, please open the kitchen window to let air circulate.
Be respectful of one another.
No smoking inside the unit.
No shoes inside the house. Please leave your shoes at the entrance.
If you suspect that your shoes might have a bad order, please leave them outside the unit to the left side of the door.
Keep the place clean and leave it clean. We will vacuum, clean the bathroom and clean the linens and bed sheets upon your leave.
If you have an accident in the bathroom, please keep in mind that you might be sharing the toilet with someone else and clean after yourself. There are Clorox wipes under the sink.
If you use the kitchen, please make sure to leave it as you found it.
You are welcome to use anything in the kitchen. Please wash your dishes and put them in the dishwasher to dry. We don't use the dishwasher.
Please be very careful when turning on the faucet in the guest bathroom as it has a lot of pressure.
There is a nice assortment of toiletries behind the mirror to the left, please feel free to use what you need. If you use one of the new toothbrushes or combs please take them with you.
Please put all trash in the bathroom in the basket that's to the left of the toilet.
Know that you have extra towels in your room; however, we would appreciate it if you help us conserve water by not using so many towels. California is going through a major drought and all of us in the state are trying our best to conserve water by request of our governor.
If you suspect that your shoes might have a strong order, please leave them right outside the back door. They will be underneath the balcony so no need to worry about them getting wet.

I'm also a graduate of the National Academy of Sports Medicine where i studied personal training and nutrition. I was a personal trainer/nutritionist and chef for about 12 years; however, i left those professions about six years ago. I started an innovation, design and manufacturing company, Maji Sports, that makes fitness accessories for the fitness, yoga and Pilates industry. Our products are currently sold in about 5000 stores in twelve countries.
I love to keep active, workout six times a week by lifting weights, KRAV Maga, running, spinning and hiking. Some of my other hobbies are cooking, reading, traveling and spending it with friends. I love going to the movies, concerts and dancing. I'm a very chill person, don't really care for drama.
