Beautiful, uncluttered, modern 3-bed, 3 1/2 bath home sitting on a park-like acre of landscaped gardens. Mature trees give privacy. Swim in the large (heated) pool, relax in a hammock or bbq on the deck. Play ping-pong, shoot hoops or take a 10 minute walk to the private (and usually empty) bay beach where you can use my paddle board. Or drive to the famous Atlantic beaches or visit picturesque Sag Harbor, Montauk, East Hampton.
Local hotel/motel taxes included in rental fee.
There's a large kitchen with plenty of storage and a dining table that seats 10. The sunlight-filled great room is an open space with a high ceiling, fire-place, and floor to ceiling glass doors that lead onto the deck and spacious pool area. (If you want the pool heated an additional utilities deposit is taken. Please discuss with owner). The deck has a dining table and chairs to seat 8, Weber gas grill, 4 sun-loungers, outdoor sofa and 3 large umbrellas for shade. There are two outdoor showers. The 3 bedrooms are all en-suite with walk-in closets and throughly modern bathrooms. The generous master suite has a fireplace and a bathroom with double sinks and a jacuzzi tub. There's an outdoor stone terrace eating area with built-in charcoal bbq and a lawn with hammocks and shade. And for the kids a basketball hoop and outdoor table tennis. All of this, and just a few blocks to the beautiful private home-owners' bay beach in the up-scale community of Landfall in East Hampton's Northwest Woods.
The pool has a heater and an additional utilities deposit of $400 is taken to cover the cost of gas / electric if heater is required. Readings are taken on arrival and departure and the difference refunded.
Access to all areas.

I live in New York City but am available via email, text and cell phone 24/7. I have a team of people who live locally who can help with any problem.
The Northwest Woods is a quiet area full of people who live all-year round as well as those who have second homes in the area. Please be respectful to the neighbors by keeping noise levels down and going inside post-midnight.
No smoking is allowed in the house. Ashtrays are provided for the deck.
Small pets are allowed.
I'm a TV Executive from the UK who has lived in New York for 12 years. I set up the BBC's production office here and have worked as a Freelance Producer since then. I still love the city and am raising 2 young kids as New Yorkers. My partner works in advertising and works between NY and Canada. We moved to Williamsburg in Brooklyn from the East Village in Manhattan 8 years ago as it offered all the things we wanted - great bars and restaurants, art galleries, cool people - and an apartment that was way bigger that we could afford in the East Village. But we live so close to the Williamsburg bridge that we feel very close to Manhattan so have the best of both worlds. We travel a lot and like to rent out our NY apartment to set off the costs of that. We also own a flat in Primrose Hill London which we use when we're in Europe, but I also let this out on airbnb,
