At the very center of Istanbul, between Cihangir and Findikli, 5 min. to seaside, 7 min. to Taksim Square by walk, small but useful, with a skylight roof and a 20 m2 terrace, newly renovated flat. There is a real bed for 2 persons, 1 small but useful bathroom. Half of the flat is kitchen :)
There are lots of restaurants, pubs and cafés around with a large scale of price range. In front of the building there is a taxi station. 5 min. by walk to tram station which goes to Sultanahmet and other touristic places.
There are lots of small markets and a midi-market around. And in this part of the city there are lots of newly opened hotels and residences now. It's a very hip and bo-bo (bohemian-bourgeois) place actually :)
You can take sunbath at the terrace, neighborhood is very open-minded :)
No party, no smoking inside (you can use terrace), living clean.
It's a peaceful neighborhood close to Taksim Square, to french style Cihangir café's, to tram to historical peninsula and to the seaside.
