dryer. Stunning ocean views. Sleep soundly to the waves on a comfy queen bed. PRIVACY abounds with 100% gated property, private and exclusive beach access and tropical garden courtyard. Currently contractors MAY be working in other parts of home (9am-5pm), hence very low nightly rate.
The inside space is small, but mostly you'll want to be outside in the gated tropical garden, brick paver area with gorgeous solid teak wood table and captains chairs to eat. And, of course, enjoy the firepit and your private and exclusive beach access (dune crossover)! Your studio is Light, bright, clean, all tile and new construction. Flat screen, smart TV, high speed wireless internet, refrigerator, microwave oven, keurig coffee maker, toaster, reverse osmosis drinking water and deluxe upscale fully tiled bathroom. You'll hear the ocean waves and watch the sunrise over the sea! Pelicans, seagulls and sea turtles are just outside your door. Enjoy the heated outdoor shower too, a true joy of life! Your studio space has its own entrance and the studio is completely private. You will be given a gate code and/or a gate remote control to enter the private home's area to access your studio.

This is our personal multi million-dollar home. Please treat it as such. We are very strict with our rules and regulations. Mark is a former United States Marine Corps officer and takes security very seriously. All gates and doors must be locked at all times. All windows must be closed at all times. Quiet hours between 10 pm and 6 am must be observed. Positive identification required at check in. Absolutely no guests allowed anywhere on the property premises at any time (only registered Air BnB guests allowed). No vehicles allowed on the premises at any time. Upon confirming your reservation, we will email you a Welcome Guide for Cozy Oceanfront Studio Cabana Dreams document. (Please read this document to ensure the best experience during your stay. Keep gate to beach locked at all times. No visiting guests on the premises at any time (only registered Air BnB guests on the premises). No smoking. No pets. No candles. No vehicles anywhere on the property at any time. Max of two people. Please avoid fragrances, hairsprays and artificial scents and chemicals, as we are a chemical free home. Check-in 3pm. Check out 11am and the cleaning service arrives punctually at 11am on Check out day, since we usually have new guests arriving the same day. Keep doors and windows closed at all times as our home is located DIRECTLY on the beach and salt spray and sand from the ocean can get inside the home if doors and windows are left open. Turn off lights and fans when not in the studio apartment. Please rinse off sandy feet outside. Quiet time 10 pm to 6 am. Garage is off limits. Please use the outdoor foot wash water spigot (located at North East corner of house) to wash off sand from feet before re-entering the Cabana. For everyone's protection, the reserving guest must provide a current photo ID (driver's license, passport, etc.) to receive the keys.
