Our spacious high end condo has all of the comforts of home, and accommodates 6 adults or perfect for families. 2 Bedrooms have a King bed, 1 bedroom has a Queen and Twin bed. Each bedroom has a 58” flatscreen TV and a 65” flatscreen TV in the living room. An Oceanside bar, brewery, Mama Kwans and the Kill Devil Grill are within walking distance. There is plenty to do for the whole family. Come have a relaxing and fun vacation at the beach!!

Enjoy the 55” 4K Smart TV and new upper deck where you can watch the sunrise over the ocean and sunset over the sound. The cottage reminds me of the way coastal homes used to be: simple ; yet, thougthfully integrated into the environment. This 3rd floor WALK UP unit also boasts slight ocean views and lovely sunrises. We are located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, one block from the Martin Street beach access. It's an easy walk or bike ride to Bonzer Shack, Food Dudes, and many other restaurants and shops. NO PETS PLEASE! It is suitable for a couple or small family.
