Monolocale appena ristrutturato in un piccolo borgo alle porte di Cuneo, vicino alla Francia. Tranquillo e luminoso, è indicato per trasferte di lavoro e viaggi vacanza. Dotato di comfort avanzati, è in posizione strategica ai piedi delle montagne, non distante dalla riviera ligure e dalle Langhe. ). I principali servizi sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi, parcheggi liberi in strada e centri commerciali a pochi chilometri. Terzo/quarto letto su richiesta (futon in soppalco 193x62 cm).

Natursteinhaus Casa Vittoria

Lucinasco ist ein idyllisch gelegenes Bergdorf in Ligurien. Schon die Anreise durch üppige Olivenhaine ist eine grosse Freude. Die Herstellung von Olivenöl prägt das gesamte Dorfleben. Ein kleiner See liegt am Ortsausgang. Hängende Trauerweiden umsäumen das Ufer und eine alte Kapelle aus dem Mittelalter runden das Bild gut ab. Von Casa Vittoria hat man einen schönen Blick über die Olivenhaine auf die Kathedrale Santa Maddalena bis hin zum Meer. Ein Spaziergang dorthin lohnt sich allemal.

Una vallata soleggiata e dolcissima vi permetterà di immergervi nella natura poco lontano da tutte le comodità della città.

C era una volta,in un piccolo villaggio immerso nella pace e tra gli ulivi ,una casetta in pietra. Al piano terra una mangiatoia, al primo piano un fienile ed anche un essicatoio. Sono passati 300 anni e la casetta è ancora lì. Al piano terra una cucina ed il bagno. Al primo piano una grande camera da letto con appenderia TV satellitare e divano e l essicatoio è diventato un soppalco matrimoniale. La terrazza si apre su verdi colline. Situata in posizione strategica per affrontare percorsi ciclistici e con un accesso diretto sulle piste da sci del Centro fondo di Festiona. Adatto a chi deve lavorare in smart working grazie a una connessione internet veloce. Sono ammessi animali domestici e non è consentito fumare.
