Grocery stores, restaurants and pharmacies are all within two miles. Liberty University is 15 minutes away. Univ of Lynchburg and Randolph are 10 minutes. There's plenty of off street parking.

The area in which the house is located is ideal for hiking, biking, kayaking, tubing, and fishing. It's also near the historic town of Clifton Forge. There is a paper mill in Covington that puts off a smell.
