This cottage is located in Wanchese, a quiet fishing village in the Outer Banks. The 3 bed 3.5 bath home is a mere 200 yards away from a public boat ramp & offers 61’ boat parking, an outdoor fish cleaning table, grill & picnic table. It’s a 15 min drive to the beach. Have a cup of coffee on the porch while watching fishing boats head out for their daily catch and enjoy views of Bodie Island Lighthouse. Due to its design and antiques the home is not suitable for children under 12. Historic cottage located on Mother Vineyard Road with private access to the Roanoke Sound across the street. The 1930's cottage was built by Robert Bruce Lennon (Kerry's Great Grandfather). Enjoy coffee on the cozy porch & admire the huge, old magnolia tree. Located in the forested dunes of Roanoke Island, Crews Cottage is attached to the main house of owners through a breezeway and screened porch. No steps! (See Accessibility section.) Approximately 1000 square feet in total size, it features a large private bedroom (queen bed) with bathroom/shower. The great room has a pullout sofa bed (full) and love seat bed (twin). Kitchenette features full-sized refrigerator, convection microwave oven, toaster, and coffee maker. Sorry, no pets.

(See Second Wind and Cackalacky Dreamin' to rent together.) Beach access is just 100 yards away, down a secret path just steps from the cottage! Step out on the front porch to chill, read a book or chat with family and friends. The back deck includes adirondack chairs, picnic table, and a park grill for grilling.

Cozy Cottage near Historic Downtown Manteo! This adorable cottage is fully decorated, well equipped, and located only blocks from historical downtown Manteo! Easily walk to or use the bikes. Explore the history, grab lunch and a coffee while you hit the quaint shops. If fishing and exploring is more your speed, there are several charters and tours that start at the Manteo marina area. Oh yeah, Nags Head beach, just 6 miles away!

Tip Sea is shabby chic, a 4 minute walk to the beach, and in the heart of OBX, yet on a quieter street. It is an older cottage (including two original bathrooms) but is colorful with beachy decor-a true original beach box.
