Enjoy playing Bocce Ball on the artificial turf, or enjoy dining on the large patio, or cozy up to the fire under the Gazebo. Making pizzas in the pizza oven and flipping burgers on the Blackstone will create lasting memories. Walk to and explore the family friendly trails, and enjoy nearby Bridgeport shopping. The home is surrounded by tall trees, and the neighborhood is quiet and very safe.

This 850 sf. cottage is a century old but was completely updated 12 years ago with era-appropriate furnishings, giving it a period (and safe) feel. It's quiet, great for working or vacationing. An outdoor fire pit and gardens make it unique. There's even a zip line for kids. Family gatherings also fine. (Note: There is a $60 fee per dog.)

The master has a king bed, the other two have queen beds, I also have an air mattress if additional sleep space is needed. All bedrooms have closets & TVs, there is a desk and chair for a work space if needed in garage. High speed internet and a fully fenced in back yard with a covered space, table and chairs for relaxing or entertaining.

The large fir trees on the property attract many birds and squirrels. We also have a flock of neighborhood peacocks that visit!
